It was my first time staying at an all inclusive hotel and i loved it. The hotel is huge and there is a lot to do in the hotel. I stayed at the beachfront room so I had the best views and the best room in the hotel

We had great time at this hotel. Good evening entertainment and food was great! This hotel was busier then the other three hotels we stayed in zanzibar. Nice little beach area and bars. Would stay again..

The service attitude of the staff is very good, very warm and friendly. The hotel does not provide sandals, you need to bring your own, and the supermarket in the hotel is not cost-effective

Good value for money, the room is big, can accommodate three people, suitable for a family of three. Two balconies, many large hotel swimming pools, and great views

My Blu Hotel Zanzibar exceeded all expectations! Excellent location on Kendwa Beach, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, and dinner with a sea view was simply magical

A good hotel, located in a bay, you can only walk along the beach at low tide during the day. In general, the low tides are not strong

Zanzibar was amazing. the bungalow was ok best part was it been situated on the beach and the friendly staff made the stay worth it. the services of Samera at the front desk was top notch.

It is a nice and clean place, especially if you have a room facing the sea the view is stunning. The room's interior is beautiful, but very basic. The beds are good, yet a bit short. The service is friendly but very slow

The laundry service is cheap, but not good, as shirts come back with stains on them

This hotel is right next to the airport, so the location is unbeatable. The room was very clean and a decent size. Compared to other hotels in Zanzibar, it offers good value for money

It was a great hotel. It was within a 10 minute walk from the airport. The staff were all friendly and the amenities were plentiful. The breakfast buffet was also great.

The only downside is that it's quite far from Stone Town, about a 20-minute drive

Paje by Night is a very nice place indeed, close to the beachside. The staff gives their best, to make this feeling home, away from home. However, WiFi is unreliable to say the least

! The beach is only a couple of minutes away, but there is also a very nice pool to relax by…! The food served is of very good quality, but above all very tasty! Most importantly, all the staff is beyond fantastic! From the cleaners, the waiters to the reception staff and the owners, everyone has been an absolute star to make sure our stay was great! Thank you for everything! We will be back!

The place is unsuitable for (even occasional) remote working, if you need connectivity

The location is great, second to the beach and nice and quiet when you need it, beautiful designed with palm trees for shadow and a big pool kept cool where the kids can play. The staff is so nice and the food good too

The Combination between Ashtanga and Yin Yoga gives a very good mixture between activating and calming down lessons- both very intense. Palmas lessons gave me motivation to continue with my practice

The dining area had been revamped since our last visit in 2023 and the wide choice of food was still excellent. We particularly enjoyed having the special breakfast at the beachside

What makes Breezes so special for us is the amazing staff who are soattentive to all your needs and they all help make your stay even more enjoyable - special mention goes to Dora and Mtwana

The customer service was top notch, starting from the reception the check in was smooth really appreciated that the waiters were really considerate and helpful,,,we really also loved the food

This was our 5th time at Breezes and it was great to be back. We were an extended family group and all of us had a fantastic time

BA business class seats did have good space and was comfortable in the upright position, The privacy door not just on my seat but on many BA flights I have flown do not close all the way and also when people walk past they can see over the top

The crew were as good as ever on BA and looked after me very well. The food was exceptional and served very quickly after take off leaving you plenty of time to relax in to your seat for the 5+ hours remaining

What truly makes this place special, however, are the people who work here. From the managers to the gardeners, everyone is friendly, cheerful, and genuinely helpful. It was my first stay here, but certainly not my last

Sunset Kendwa Beach Hotel was a great choice. The location and beaches were fantastic, providing a beautiful and relaxing setting. The services were good, and the food was excellent, enhancing the overall experience

The rooms were a bit old and the sunbeds also. There were only a few sunbeds that actually reclined, so most of them were a bit uncomfortable

For the price, this is a good hotel. It's obviously not new, just a few touches of paint, but overall, its cleanliness and superb location make up for any shortcomings. The staff is polite and helpful

The air conditioning worked well, the water was hot from the heater (but that's the case everywhere), and the pressure was good. The hotel restaurant is open all day

The Christmas buffet was good and the breakfast too, but it was missing the bacon. The pool when we were there had a problem so the water was kind of green

I came with friends to see the sea. It is in the center of Stone Town and has a good location. Overall it is good and I will choose it again if I have the chance.

We were then given a quick tour of the hotel property, by Concierge Fauzi, which is in two buildings. One is the historic residence of one of the Omani sultans

It's not new, but very beautiful. When we checked in, they said there were no sea view rooms, what a pity. ; The hotel is on the west side of the island

The service is quite good and proactive. There is also the only Chinese restaurant on Sang Island 300 meters away, which is very cost-effective

The evening entertainment is, without exaggeration, the best we have ever seen anywhere in the world

And the team are all amazing! Prince, Eric, Abu Malik, and EVO 😍 These guys put a smile on our face every single day. Nothing was ever too much, and they always went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of

The food was nice and distant from the airport was a good thing as our flight arrived a little after midnight. The staff were very hospitable and courteous.

The Madinat Al Bahr hotel is conveniently located at a beach near the airport (3km, 6-10min drive) and also not far from Zanzibar City (7km, around 10-15min drive) with its famous stone town and ferry terminal to Dar Es Salaam etc

The hotel's architecture is impressive. The breakfast buffet is nice, but lunch an dinner buffet happens only on weekends. The restaurant kitchen is strong on local Swaheli food, fresh produce and Indian dishes

But don't order the T-Bone steak. I asked for medium rare but got a hard boiled (!) though correct piece of meat but too tough to either cut or chew. The rooms are big and clean with nice ocean views

The Madinat Al Bahr is good for a short stay at Zanzibar as its location enables one to pack a lot into one's trip, which is exactly what all the far-away beach hotels at the eastern beaches can't provide due to long driving times

The beginning was a little bumpy yet after I addressed my concerns, the management in all departments including frontdesk and F&B went out of there way to make this visit for my mother and me even more memorable than expected

The place was in the city centre and very easy to allocate. I had a very warm welcome from the lady Glory, who made sure I was comfortable with my stay. They also have good breakfast and a big gym with the city view

Bottom line up front: this is a beautiful property with rooms and food that do not live up to the billing. The good first: the property is absolutely gorgeous with old, majestic baobab trees throughout

Sandies has a beautiful location, lovely staff and all the amenities one needs to enjoy a vacation.

I would not consider them jumbo prawns and they did not taste fresh. The attention to detail is clearly lacking. We had to ask 4 times to get the room arranged as requested in the reservation, with 2 twin beds

The refrigerator was completely non-functional and spoiled our food. The cheapness of the finishings in the room shocked me given the price point. The front desk was accommodating so adding 1 star for them

This is a good hotel becouse if you're looking for wifi, they will give you a code. Use it then you all have free wifi they have swimming pools both shallow and deep so if you like swimming this is the place

Nothing too fancy, but solid enough for a casual lunch or dinner. The menu had a good variety — local dishes and some international stuff — but don’t go in expecting a five-star culinary experience

Restaurant: decent food, friendly staff, a nice and comfortable indoor/outdoor setting as the breeze comes off the ocean. Room: comfortable, a good bed

The beach and pool was very nice. Food was hit and miss as certain items were repeated. Our Butler Ramson was provided with our Jungle Villa was excellent and his service was impeccable

Overall we had a wonderful time. Access road to the hotel is really bad. All dishes should be named and allergies taken seriously. A table and chair would be useful in the rooms

The day we checked out we were told that we would have to pay for any food and drink consumed after the 11:00 check-out time! We raised the fact that we had not been able to have anything in the first day as we were delayed to which they agreed we could have lunch but no drinks, despite the fact that in theory we could have drink as much as we wanted while we were there

Beach unfortunately suffers a bit from plastic pollution, but the staff do try and keep on top of this clearing it up. All beds have mosquito nets which are essential. Food is good and reasonably priced

during the low tide you can walk almost a Kilo meter toward the sea through clean white sands. Hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and so many huts " mkuti" to stay for the day

You can see the local fishermen coming in from the see and depending on the time of day you can also sight the ferry heading out to/in from zanzibar

Staff were really helpful especially the receptionists. The food was really good and had a wide range of variety. The bars are nice especially jetti bar by the Ocean. Room was good except for the foul smell of humidity

We visited Namaste Restaurant as a family and Denis took care of us. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure everything was perfect and checked in on us regularly

When I was making my research about hotels in the island, Paradise Beach Resort definitely called my attention for all its offered benefits and facilities such as the All Inclusive package, daily entertainment shows, different bars and pools to enjoy

This resort is amazing with its meals, pool by the beach, overwater bar and multiple international cuisine. However, it is far and remote so best only by car. I enjoyed my stay though with the blackouts.

The food at Namaste was very tasty and the spices were very mild. Dennis' was serving us always wearing an engageous smile and always helpful. Dennis has been professional everyday.
