Luckily, we spent this time in the best hotel on the island - Jambiani Villas :) Hotel consists of 3 properties about 300m from each other, with a restaurant in the middle one

Moreover, hotel service is professional, helpful and fiendly, manager constantly collects feedback from guests. We can sincerely recommend the private BBQ, which provides delicious food and an unique atmosphere

First and most importantly, the hotel is very clean. Cleaning service is daily, they do their job thoroughly. Comparing to other hotels, Jambiani Villas have the cleanest pool, restaurant and rooms

Jambiani villa ( Kusini) is a beautiful 3 bed villa on the jambiani beach , which is situtated on the southeren side of Zanzibar , its calm and oeacful there ideal for families .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal and the shows spectacular. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Jambiani Villas to all.

On our arrival day, the hotel honoured local boys by handing out football kits, which was deeply touching. The hotel is also involved in several projects such as beach cleaning and assisting at the local kindergarten

The beach and pool was very nice. Food was hit and miss as certain items were repeated. Our Butler Ramson was provided with our Jungle Villa was excellent and his service was impeccable

Overall we had a wonderful time. Access road to the hotel is really bad. All dishes should be named and allergies taken seriously. A table and chair would be useful in the rooms

The day we checked out we were told that we would have to pay for any food and drink consumed after the 11:00 check-out time! We raised the fact that we had not been able to have anything in the first day as we were delayed to which they agreed we could have lunch but no drinks, despite the fact that in theory we could have drink as much as we wanted while we were there

The breakfast is served directly to your table and comes out in courses. That wasn't ideal for the kids and so we requested them to serve the toast and eggs at the beginning and they were very nice about it

Had an amazing stay at Hekaya for 3 nights. The rooms, property, service, staff were amazing. The view from the room was the big reason to book this stay, and I was not disappointed at all

We took two hikes/walks outside the property with him, his knowledge of the plants/birds was excellent and his enthusiasm was absolutely infectious. The hikes with Pray were the highlight of our stay

There he took perfect care of us, He took us to the Tanzanite Experience (informative and interesting with no high pressure sales), the Art Gallery and Cultural Center (a must where you could spend a couple days), and an authentic local American barbecue for lunch which is what we specifically asked for

It's good, but there is no parking space. It cost 20 dollars to park on the street.

It was in line with expectations. The hotel is in a good location, but it is not convenient to drive in. You need to walk a stone road to get in. The room space is a bit cramped

Overall, it is good and suitable for a one-night stay in Stone City

Aircon is fine on grid power but off on hotel generator system. Sunbeds comfy……I’m on one now. Bar is good as is restaurant…. /although the menu could be improved for fussy eaters like me. Need on catamaran this morning

Beach has sellers on it that can be annoying but firm for two days and that stopped any hassle. The new hotel being built next door was sometimes noisy……but not Waridi’s fault

This is Africa and this is an African hotel. Not everything is going to be perfect…. but this is our third time in Zanzibar and it is a great place to relax

When we were leaving, they forced us to fill out a satisfaction form, even though we told the receptionist five times that we would fill it out online, which at four in the morning does not make a good impression on the customer

Great location. Good service. In the middle of the city center ( old part of the city). Many commerces open during the day. At night is not safe to walk around but you can always call a taxi an Uber.

Our dinner ordered from the hotel restaurant was good and came quickly, but we had to eat in our room because the AC was not on in the restaurant and it was very warm

This hotel is very close to the harbor and located in a neighborhood with strong Indian-Tanzanian influences. Check-in was seamless, and I received an internet code for two days, which can only be verified on one device

The hotel room is small and cramped, but overall it is clean and has hot water. It is particularly worth mentioning that the boss is very nice. They are very welcoming to Chinese tourists

I visited a restaurant in Keys Hotel and was hosted by Emmanuel. I can recommend food which was delicious ❤️ I ordered indian food, excellent! And Emmanuel was very friendly and helpfull, smiled and very positive

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. One of the few places that felt human. The service was so warm and friendly unlike many of the other places I've stayed in Zanzibar. So charming, peaceful and beautiful

Our stay was nice HOWEVER they charge for everything!! Only one free refill of a glass bottle of water in the room and they charge for 500ml bottles of water for $1 each

It's located in urban centre near large shopping malls (Mlimani city) and the transport system is well suited for movement to any part of Dar es salaam city.

Excellent service, beautiful rooms and the price value is just OMG. However be aware that this hotel is at an extremely poor district and without a taxi/tuktuk you might feel unsafe, especially after sunset.

In the room is a desk and a place to hang clothes. Lots of hot water with excellent water pressure. We were able to enjoy some of the local birds as well. Plenty of car parking inside the gate

We wanted to eat Uramaki and we went back to Wasabi, we ordered more types of Uramaki, with raw tuna, vegetarian, and with shrimp, all good and well made, except that we didn't like the fried one with vegetables and mayonnaise and raw tuna

This resort is really comfortable clean and well maintained grounds and pool. Ocean view and many activities along the beach. Onsite restaurant, bar, massage and beach access with chairs & towels

Also the following night, the African feast (quite nice) included music and dancing which might have been nice for up to an hour but went on for the entire time we were there (nearly 3 hours) and was so loud that we had to shout to hear each other, so gave up trying (as did everyone else) and ended up going to bed at 9pm just to get away from it

Review of Wasabi, Restaurant inside the Cristal Resort, I confirm my previous review, perfect location in Paje, beautiful private beach, simple resort, nice environment, however it is a bit sad, no atmosphere, no music, staff not particularly welcoming

All this was less than 50 metres from both the restaurant (making conversation difficult) and from a number of rooms including several for our group (so struggled to sleep). And all for less than 20 people

Cristal would be a great resort so long as you’re not there on music night - the pounding music started before 6pm and was supposed to finish at midnight but actually finished at 2am
