Good hotel, amazing location. But breakfast was all the same all days. Should be more options. The room inside is also very old, needs renovation.

This was my first time on Koh Samui, and my first stay at this hotel was from December 25th-31st, 2025. The view was magnificent, there was a pool, and massages on site were incredibly affordable. The sea was clean, the staff were superb, and Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. I returned here from January 4th-6th, 2026, and was even more impressed, having experienced other areas and hotels...

It was clean and good location! Would stay here again in the future.

The hotel is on the 1st line, the sea is a minute away. There is a cafe, money exchange, travel agencies, laundry, bike rental, massage parlor nearby. The room is cleaned every day, I recommend the bungalow, the breakfasts are good. Of the minuses, the air conditioner is very noisy, there is no safe, hair dryer.

Do not recommend the place, dust is everywhere , as well as bugs on the floor, the place needs some renovation, but location is perfect

Great hotel! But make sure you get a room with a sea view! The view from the balcony is stunning. Everything is new and clean, the air conditioning is good, the mattress is comfortable, and the bed linens are excellent. The shower has good pressure. The staff is friendly. There's convenient parking, plenty of restaurants nearby, and the beach is a 7-minute walk away.

I really love this hotel. A bit far from main attractions such as lamai night market, crystal bay, and chaweng town, but it is better to rent motorbike or get bolt/grab. A quiet, romantic place with sea views, and easy to drive. There is a rocky beach in front, not a typical white sand beach, so you have to walk a little further to swim.

The hotel has seen better days. Facilties are old but works. Expect basic and you're fine. My major gripe is that I paid for a seaview room but I was allocated a room on level 3 with seaview barley in sight blocked by trees and building. Unless you're assigned a room on level 4 (the highest), I think it's not worth paying a premium for seaview.

Me and my wife stayed here in January for 6 nights. We had a lovely stay in room G2 and the views from the large balcony were incredible overlooking silver beach. One slightly disappointing thing was the amount of rubbish washed up on the beach. The whole beach was full of rubbish. We stayed in July 2016 and it was close to perfection if you are looking for peace and quiet plus super food. Rooms are great with large living area kitchen and sea views. Lovely place. Just far enough from the busy road to be very quiet and peaceful, but still very close to the centre of Lamai just a few minutes away. We received a very warm welcome here, despite booking at the last minute. Both hosts are super lovely people who were uncomplicated and professional. Imagine a place where you can just sit back relax and get some good authentic Thai food while drinking a brew. This place just feels right, the vibe was terrific. Place is super clean. People here speak English fluently . They make you feel like family

The hotel is not new, but the rooms are cozy with a huge terrace, stunning views, parking, and a kitchen.

If there were more maintenance and renovations, it would be an excellent place. It's a shame about the neglect. Still, for a few days, it's a good place at a good price.
