Spent part of our honeymoon here! Beautiful beach and excellent service! Our room had a sweet pool and hot tub. Chan did an amazing job helping us with adjusting our itinerary as needed! The hotel is really nice and the service is great. The staff was really thoughtful and available. We had a problem with electricity in the room, after reporting it to the reception a technician was at the room in the time it took me to get back to the room. The villa pool is great. This hotel choice was truly excellent! I booked two nights, one in a sea-view room and the other in a sea-view villa 🏠. This is a good hotel with three buildings and its own cozy courtyard. It has a nice, small pool, and there's also a large parking lot for motorbikes and cars. Plenty of cafes and shops are within walking distance, and it's not far from the sea. Breakfast isn't included, but it's not really needed.

Great hotel right on the beach. Good clean rooms, excellent breakfast but lunch and dinner not recommended, you can get better much cheaper in town. Only a short walk to town and beach bars. The cliffside hotel had beautiful views, but unfortunately, it only had one infinity pool. The beach was a walk from another resort, and besides the pool, there wasn't much to offer. The rooms were old and dilapidated, the lighting was dim, and there were many steps, causing me to fall and injure myself repeatedly. The staff, however, were all very friendly and provided excellent service.

I love kala so much...everything was perfect,.from view to staff...room was big..the view from room stunning 😍..so clam place to stay...10/10 for me

The resort has a beautiful vibe and the views are stunning. It looks like it’s in need of some good cleaning and maintenance, apparently it’s an older resort that got taken over by a new company last year, so maybe they need some more time. Cleaning is daily. The pool is also cleaned daily. There's security on site, and no one is allowed in. It's perfectly quiet and peaceful. The beach is a one-minute walk away.

Probably one of the nicest places I have stayed. The villa was inmaculate, cleaned daily, on the beach and away from any noise and tourists. Was the most peaceful and pleasant stay I have had, anywhere!

It's very touristy. Almost felt like I wasn't in Thailand. If you just want to be at a nice beach with swimming pools. You will probably enjoy it. The service was great.

This’s really really nice beach club in lamai I cale here in the first time I enjoying with this place... I’m not staying here but I can do kayak and pool for free but you have to order something to eat or drinks. I hope your guys enjoy with this place as well

What a great experience no other hotel like it the staff are amazing and look after you really well. And also so friendly what more can you ask for five stars of me any day of the week? I would book this hotel again within a heartbeat.

Beautiful rooms & pool. Bad overall service. Staff sitting around at bar & playing with their phones & not attentive to customers. Completely over priced restaurant. Ate at another resort on the beach for half the price.

I wasn't impressed with the room at first, as there was a putrid smell. But after a bit of encouragement I got a new one. Host is expensive for most things, but amenities are not much of a walk away. Asked for my passport to hire bikes, or 10000 baht, way too much, most places ask for 3000 deposit. Rooms are adequate, nothing fancy, but good aircon, mini fridge and smart TV. Location for us was great...

Totally delightful. Bill Resort was a real surprise, tucked away from the hustle, and reminiscent of an 80's Rasta hangout. Gorgeous bungalows, exquisitely clean, friendly geckos, sparkling pools...just divine. And a15 minute beach walk to Lamai centre or a 5 minute drive.

Staff are helpful & friendly, relaxed & casual atmoshepere. Offers more authentic traditional -like thai tourism accommodation. Enjoyed our stay.

Love everything about this place! Clean and comfortable and utterly charming with a fascinating Thai authenticity fused with 80's Westerner-discovers-Samui decline. Would highly recommend to travellers who value aesthetics over same-as-home comfort and who value beach walks and serenity over hustle. The restaurant was superb.
