Amazing spot in Lamai - hotel is on the beach and has 2 swimming pool. Room is more than spacious; balcony is where you can chill and dry your clothes; aircon is the best! You get access to everything in his location (7-11, atm, marts, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.)

My experience was great , friendly staff, room always made up promptly.
I definitely would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for three days. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room above the reception area. There's no elevator, and the staff offered no assistance. The hotel door faces the roadway, the street. The balcony overlooks the courtyard. The doors and walls are incredibly thin. The sounds of cars and bikes could be heard from the main street (since we were staying at the hotel during the off-season, music from clubs and bars was inaudible; during peak season, I imagine it would be much louder). From the next room, we could clearly hear sounds, including the toilet flushing and sounds from the bathroom.
The room wasn't exactly spotless – mold on the bathroom ceiling, dirty bedding, and only two tired towels. On the second day, we found two cockroaches.
Pros: close proximity to the beach, cleanliness on the beach. The mattresses on the sun loungers were so bad that we had to leave our belongings on the edge.
I don't recommend them.

We stayed at this hotel for the third time. We really like it. Great location, right on the seashore, clean, beautiful, very calm and quiet. A 7/11 opened nearby. We will definitely come back next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was our third time staying at this hotel! Great location, clean rooms. Right on the beachfront, everything is within easy reach! Right in the heart of Lamai Beach. Highly recommended!

One of the worst hotels in Lamai!
Old 2 star resort never renovated and collapsing (pictures speak by themselves):
- moldy smelly rooms with broken AC
- dirty and broken sun deck chairs
- poor service
I paid Bath2000 p. night for a hotel worth Bath600 at max.

A comfortable bed, a beautiful view from the third floor where we stayed. A small downside is the low water pressure, which makes showering take a bit longer. A pleasant stay with two stunning pools right on the beach. I recommend it!

The location is really nice, as it's right on the beach. The room is basic but good size. Unless you stay in the bungalows, noise from bars on street can be heard till really late (after 3 am).
