Just returned from a week at this absolutely exceptional place and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Thailand. If 10 stars were an option, this would get them without hesitation.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome genuinely kind, warm, and attentive people who clearly care about their guests. A huge thank you to the restaurant team in particular, who were consistently outstanding and made every meal feel special.
We stayed in Room 105, a private villa with its own pool and stunning sea views, and it was nothing short of perfect. The villa was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable with amazing pillows, and the shower was excellent (a rare luxury after travelling around Thailand!). Every detail was thought through and added to the feeling of total relaxation.
After two weeks of travelling around Thailand, this was exactly what we needed — a peaceful, luxurious place to completely switch off, unwind, and recharge. We ended up eating here most nights because the food and drinks were absolutely delicious, consistently high quality, and honestly some of the best we had on our trip.
I truly can’t thank the entire team enough for making our stay so memorable. A special mention must go to Pokie in the restaurant, who went above and beyond and made us feel so looked after. This is the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. We’ll be recommending it to everyone we know and would return in a heartbeat. Simply outstanding.

We stayed at this hotel from January 14th to 29th, 2026. The location is excellent, with a magnificent property and standalone bungalows. We stayed in a bungalow with a sea view. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There are two pools with perfectly clean water, a gym, and three private access points to small beach areas. Since we had a car, it didn't matter to us whether there were shops nearby or not. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel; if we visit Koh Samui again, we'll definitely come back here.

I really love this hotel. A bit far from main attractions such as lamai night market, crystal bay, and chaweng town, but it is better to rent motorbike or get bolt/grab. They even provide service call red taxi(no shuttle bus) but the staffs very helpful. I love the small private beach but also can access to big beach.

Good for the price. A bit dated but very clean. Food is average but not bad. Breakfast is good value, with egg station. Unfortunately, the beach, waters and near proximity land is very filthy and not cleaned sufficiently by the business nearby including this one. The waters had a large pile of trash flooting around just ashore from the hotel. This needs to be cleaned up daily by the hotel, even if the trash originates from the ocean itself. The small river at the northwest end of the resort also needs to be cleaned up.

Overall a really beautiful spot. The room was neat, comfy and clean. The aircon a little noisy but effective and no musty smell, so that is good! Getting around is challenging if you have dodgy knees. The staff are friendly but English is something they battle with so at times frustrating. Breakfast is good and great value. Lamai Night Market and wider Lamai is pretty close and worth a visit. There is no Hotel shuttle, but you can book your own or ride (walking around here is possible but not recommended and I doubt much fun). Overall the hotel is a little tired but the value reflects that, so can’t complain!

The staff is very kind and always smiling, which is lovely. However, we tried contacting reception several times without success. They don't offer a free shuttle, and the location is far from everything, making it difficult, especially since taxis are expensive.
The check-in process, on the other hand, was unsatisfactory. It was over in two minutes flat, with no information provided about the hotel's services, pool hours, restaurant, breakfast, or any other useful information. This information wasn't available in the room either.
The pool and gym are nice.
However, there was no Wi-Fi. Even though they gave us a code, there was no Wi-Fi in room 304.

Beautiful resort, rooms and facilities are absolutely beautiful and the beach is brilliant for snorkeling, all staff were incredible the ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful and the driver, O was incredible and gave us so many helpful lifts around Koh Samui. Kitchen was also great quality wether for breakfasts or for dinners. Overall incredible place would absolutely recommend

We had a beautiful stay at this hotel the staff were so lovely and we went fishing off the rocks. They have snorkelling gear at the hotel which is super handy. Breakfast was included in the price. It was also my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff set up a special table for dinner with a free birthday cake.

We stayed at Coral Cliff Beach Resort for 5 days. I don't get how people call this a luxury resort. The whole structure is severely worn off, with only rooms being acceptable – though our bathroom ventilation system wasn't working and we found a huge cockroach in the room on our first day, but no action was taken other than sending a guy to pick it with his bare hands and throw it out. The restaurant, pool, and "spa" are visibly aging. The breakfast buffet is low quality. The private beach is not as nice as it looks. Actually, there is a second (and slightly better) private beach but nobody told us about any of them when we checked in, so we assumed there was only one based on the reviews we had read and only discovered the better one (though still quite uncomfortable) on our last day. In any case, the water when we were there was among the worst on the entire island. I would never come back here unless I am on severe budget constraints.

Enjoy the beautiful sea view and private beach though the sand is not as fine as Chaweng Beach but cleaner.
