Graceland resort and spa was amazing experience for my family. The staff are always friendly to us. The rooms are an excellent size. They always have activities for us and the kids to do.Theres always something fun to do. The breakfast buffet is a step away from our rooms and it is absolutely amazing!!! There is such a variety of food and drinks to choose from. Its perfect because the beach is right down the road and there are alot of diffrent markets / stores near the resort . Definitely recommend 👌 👍

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay so enjoyable from start to finish. Unfortunately, we experienced a medical episode during our stay, but the team went above and beyond to help us. The on-site nurse was outstanding, and the customer relations staff were caring, attentive, and truly compassionate. Their support made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay!

Had a 3 nights stay with one deluxe room and one family pool access room. Deluxe room was with basic amenities with garden facing and family pool access was great with a separate sit out area, Luxury room and bath room with direct access to pool from balcony. Good thing was both room had a twin beds and 4 people can share. Hotel also houses a salon, spa, multiple pools, bowling area, kids play area (small though) and at few metres walk will lead you to the wonderful patong beach.

Only complaint I have is not having Indian dishes at breakfast. Breakfast as such was lavish, but in the name of Indian food you all will find is rice and vegetable curry, I don’t know who eats that at breakfast?

Lovely resort hotel with plenty to offer and only a 10min walk to the centre of all the action. Very friendly staff who are always willing to accommodate, especially for young children.
Rooms are large and clean, but does show signs of wear and tear in the interior and exterior of the hotel.
There is a kids club on the premises which has wonderful staff and great activities each day, but the play area inside is definitely suited for under 5yr olds.
Breakfast was amazing with a great variety for all, and having 2 separate dining areas was handy.
The ten pin bowling lanes on premise was wonderful, but maybe having a bowling ramp guide for the children would make it more enjoyable for the younger ones.
Overall it’s a good hotel, but it’s price point is a little high as a few maintenance issues may need to be addressed.

Graceland Phuket is a beautiful resort with lush greenery and well-kept gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. The pools are spacious and inviting, perfect for both families and couples. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Best of all, the resort offers easy access to the beach, making it a great place to enjoy both nature and the sea.

As an Indian, Vegetarian food is lacking in breakfast, which can be understandable but if possible please add atleast 2 items. Over all stay was awesome!!

My experience at this hotel was truly wonderful, especially since I was traveling with my child, which was the main reason I chose this place.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and to my surprise, I was upgraded from a pool-view room to one with direct access to the pool. The room itself was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully arranged—everything exceeded my expectations.

The hotel offers great facilities, including several swimming pools, a bowling alley, and a lovely green lawn where my son and I enjoyed playing football. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—delicious, varied, and perfect to start the day.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and enjoyable, especially if you plan to stay for several days.

Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on my next visit.

Fantastic location, excellent sized large rooms, beautiful pools. We enjoyed our stay however was a bit disappointed at the level of maintenance exterior/interior needed all around that let the hotel down- definitely tired looking. Staff were great, for what you pay, and what you get, it is fair.

I don’t think it was really worth the price. The breakfast was nice, but the swimming pool seemed a bit dirty. Also, when we first entered the room, there were hairs from previous guests on the pillows. The hotel felt quite old overall.
