Great location, very convenient surroundings. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. The room was a bit old, but everything else was excellent. There's a 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, and plenty of dining options right outside. The staff were also very welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is excellent—close to Patong Beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet still peaceful and relaxing inside the resort.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely view and great amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The pool area is a real highlight—large, beautifully maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and enjoying time with family.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort to anyone visiting Phuket and would happily stay here again

Wonderful stay & exceptional honesty

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Resort. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were always polite and helpful.

I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to the hotel team for their exceptional honesty and kindness. I accidentally left my wallet behind, and the staff went out of their way to ensure it was safely returned to me in Dubai. This truly reflects the integrity and professionalism of the hotel.

Thank you once again for the excellent hospitality and for going the extra mile. I will always remember this experience and would highly recommend Novotel Phuket Vintage Resort to anyone visiting Phuket.

I booked two rooms for my family from December 17–20 and had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were quite spacious, and the family room was exactly what my daughters hoped for, with direct pool access to the hotel’s very large pool. The pool area was a highlight, especially with the pool bar, great service, good drinks, and very reasonable prices. If you opt for breakfast, you won’t regret it. The food selection was excellent as it changes daily, and the service was wonderful. The hotel is located right off Rat Uthit Song Roi Pi Road, which is a very busy street, but it’s also incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, street food vendors, 7-Elevens, laundry services, and other shops within walking distance. Overall, the hotel offers great amenities, breakfast, location, and the staff were all wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Phuket.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park. The hotel is in a great location in Patong, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but it still feels calm and relaxing inside the property.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was nice and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day out, and breakfast had a good variety.

The biggest highlight was the staff. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Claire and Rose. They were always smiling, professional, and made everything easy with check in and any requests. Their warm attitude truly made the stay feel more personal.

Highly recommended. I would happily stay here again.

We would like to sincerely thank the Novotel team for our wonderful winter stay. We stayed for nearly one month, and the entire hotel team truly made us feel at home from the very beginning.

We stayed in a pool access room, which was a fantastic experience. The pool itself was very large and beautiful. The only small downside was that children were allowed in all areas, which at times made it a little stressful, but overall it did not take away from our enjoyment.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. What really made it special was the amazing staff—always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Special thanks to Joseff, Mint, Pham, Kew, Bow, Khom, Sand, Fai, Porng, Pham, August and Mars. We would also like to thank Dew for the warm welcome every morning.

I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the hotel staff made it truly special and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Khom and Mart for helping organize everything so perfectly.

Finally, special thanks to the reception team—Jen, Raya, and Gang—for their professionalism, kindness, and constant support throughout our stay.

We truly had a memorable experience and would happily return to Novotel again.

We loved the hotel! It might need a renovation, one of the power outlets didn’t work and there was no master switch. However it did not affect our impression of the hotel in any bad way!
The location, the staff, the amenities - everything was amazing. The breakfast was great, wide variety and everything was tasty.
I do highly recommend Novotel Vintage Park Phuket.
