The room that was delivered looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. When sending a room to a customer, should the guest have inspected it first? This was in terrible condition. The room was like it was sloppily made. I've stayed at many hotels and I don't understand why this place is like this. I'm Thai. If a foreigner encountered this condition, I probably wouldn't be able to describe it. Let me use the pictures to explain the condition of the room that was made and sent to the customer. Is this the condition? And there was no management at all. I booked two rooms in total. I requested one as a honeymoon room, but the room condition had not been improved at all. It was a normal room. When I saw it, I couldn't accept it. Even though I booked several hours in advance. I arrived at almost 10:00 PM or around 10:00 PM, I put my stuff away, walked down to the beach, and then came back. I sat by the pool to buy something and went up to the room. When I inspected the room, I was shocked, as seen in the pictures I took. I've been to many places with this logo. I've never encountered a place as bad as here. Another thing is, did the person who put the cloth on the bed look or something? They left torn cloth for the customer. If the cloth is old, please change it to a new one. Don't use old cloth like this. It will damage the Cocotel logo. Look at the condition of the coffee spoon. The hot water kettle behind the balcony and the shower could have been cleaned, but they weren't. When checking out, they probably just made the bed and that was it. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service and support. There was no good solution. They just said we'd improve. If I were to stay here again and find myself in this same condition, what would you have me do?
