Stayed in room 207 for 5 nights with no issues. Quiet clean and comfortable I'd stay here again no problem

Very bad service and the room was not that good either. The bathroom was smelling very bad. Tried to change the dates of the booking, she said yes and then we got charged. Not friendly or helpful at all, did not even show us to the room. Way overrated and overpriced. It is quite central though, but I would not be back.

This place was the perfect location and really nice rooms.
I must mention the bathroom as it was absolutely spotless. As was the rest of the room. Nice big fridge.

I literally have trauma from staying here. The smell of constant sewage in the room and the bathroom had me getting sick for four days straight. My appetite has still not come back. It is nothing like the pictures at all. The reception lady does not speak English which is completely fine but she does not even look at you or say hello. I had to buy air fresher and it would not cover the smell as it was so strong. I have attached photos of what it was meant to look like vs what it actually was like.

Good budget accommodation in the center of Lamai, the structure is a bit dated but the rooms are large with air conditioning, fridge, kettle, TV, close to all amenities. The room was clean and tidy. Sleeping was also peaceful.

not the young girls or for families
the lady was quite rude and couldn't find our reservation, so she hadn't made a room ready for us. she didn't speak english.

there was a invasion of small bugs in the bathroom, so we didn't really wanted to go in there.

it was close to the beach and the area was for bar and "massages", so there was soooo many western men in the area

The experience here was not good. Definitely won't be coming back. Worst check in experience ever. Also caught the reception lady around the back of the room trying to look through the window but pretending to clean it, while i was coming out of the shower! Lots of problems with check in, being told to pay etc when they actually didn't have the rooms available that we booked in advance, my friends were sent to a different place which was not even a hotel, it was some sort of low quality accommodation. Dont take a chance with your valuable time. (The photo is the view from my room)

Were forced to stay here in Koh Samui longer than we expected due to did poisoning from bad street food in Koh Phi Phi. It was nice hotel with good AC. Bathroom smelt bad from drains.
