In no case do not contact an agent named Maxim Sunhouse in order to avoid wasting time, money, and nerves. The price tags of this agent are inadequate and do not correspond to the condition of his apartments. In this godforsaken condominium, all the facilities are in a terrible state after the corona crisis. I lived in an apartment of 120 sqm - except for the sea view, everything else, including a few devices in the kitchen, everything was broken. The location itself contains a small number of restaurants that close at 22. The condo also offers a restaurant and a mini-mart, which are closed and abandoned.

Not clean and required some TLC.
Stayed here for 4 nights with 2 adults and 3 children. The room was spacious but we had no utensils in the kitchenette, we didnt even have enough chairs for the dining table for all of us. Breakfast wasn't great and very basic. The best thing was the fresh watermelon. We had stained toilet seats and when I told reception, they came and cleaned it but it all looked the same. Could be a great hotel if they cleaned it better and gave it some TLC.
