My Hotel Too in Patong

We have been travelling for nearly a month and wanted a slightly nicer hotel for our 3 nights in Patong so I paid the most I've paid our whole trip to be put in a room that did not resemble to photos of the grand superior room I'd booked the shower was grim, toilet was leaking and the floor in the bathroom was all damaged, the interior also made it look a little like a broffle. Not to mention the building site outside. I spoke to reception and showed them photos of the room I had paid for and the room I had been given. They explained that they have multiple buildings and for the building I was in that was classed as "grand superior". I fought my case that isn't what is advertised and they agreed to change our room and bulding the following evening after shouting at me. We got into our new room there was no door seperating the toilet from the bathroom, only a curtain which was broken and wouldn't pull across so my partner and I were being banished to the balcony anytime we needed some privacy. I also asked for a large bed and in both rooms it was 2 singles pushed together. Just not ideal, the location is pretty good though, close to the beach, restaurants and bars.

Worst service!worst staff in reception,no knowledge! No manners at all! Such a shame for this hotel to have a very Horrible customer service! Such a waste of money if you will book here!

Title: Shouldn't Even Be Called a Hotel

This place is a disgrace and shouldn't even qualify as a 3-star hotel. The level of filth was appalling—dirty walls, a grimy shower and toilet, stained bedsheets, and pillowcases that clearly hadn’t been washed. Even the towels were disgusting and unusable.

There was no internet, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the lack of security made me feel unsafe the entire time.

This place is more like a run-down shelter than a hotel. Avoid at all costs. It’s not worth a single penny!

Be careful! The bathrooms don’t have doors, only dirty curtains. Zero privacy. The rooms are too old and not so clean. Photos here are maybe 20 years before.The curtains were so dirty and they didn’t close well, we woke up from the light coming through. Insects everywhere. We slept with the insects at the bed. The walls are like papers, you hear everything outside. There is a school there and we didn’t sleep every night. Everything was destroyed and the don’t fix them. We unfortunately booked a room for one month and we regretted at all! The worst hotel I have ever met!

The room that I stay has a strong mouldy smell, the furniture in the room was very old , the bed was not comfortable at all, water pressure at the bath is weak.
