Patong Mansion in Patong

I stayed at this hotel and I truly recommend it 100%. The location is excellent, especially to get around Phuket, and the value for money is outstanding.

I suggest booking a room in the hotel itself rather than the adjacent apartments, as the rooftop pool is a big plus — especially in Phuket’s heat.

The breakfast is quite complete, and for the price, it’s absolutely worth it. They also have a massage service right across the street, at a much better price than most places in Thailand, thanks to a special partnership.

The cleanliness was excellent. Housekeeping was always on point — they provided fresh towels for the room and an extra one for the pool. Everything was well maintained and spotless.

What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to the owner, who kindly agreed to store my luggage for several days while I was away from Phuket — something they weren’t required to do, but went out of their way just to make my experience better.

If you’re hesitating, this is the place to stay.

This is a great option for anyone looking to stay in Phuket! A very spacious room, decent sit-out balcony area and all with top-notch cleanliness. The roof top pool was very relaxing. There is a 7-11 just at the entrance of the street and right opposite Patong Mansion there is a massage shop to help you relax. They also have motorbikes for rent at the hotel and breakfast options are also made available. The room comes with coffee, bottled water, good AC, TV and Wi-Fi access as well. Pretty good design and lighting on the interiors.
The staff were very helpful, polite and caring during our stay, though we had a same day booking through Trip.com. Jungceylon/Bangla Rd. is very nearby.

Clean, spacious, and a responsive front desk staff that addresses every need. There's breakfast and there are two very cute iguanas and cat that represent the hotel well 😄

Had a great stay overall! The service really stood out—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location was okay, a bit tucked away but still manageable for getting around. The pool area was clean and well-kept, but it was on the smaller side and could definitely use some umbrellas for shade. Still, a comfortable stay and would consider coming back!

Very nice staff really enjoyed it here. I recommend this place and has a nice pool which quite usually. Location is about 10 mins ride from center/patong beach etc. Price is decent.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in November 2024. Between us we had 5 rooms. Nice clean rooms and a good size. The breakfast was a mixture of Thai and continental. Which suited my group fine. All the staff, including the cleaners were amazing. The roof top pool was an added bonus. When we visited the pool, it felt like as our own personal pool because we were the only people there. Unfortunately there is no parking for cars at the hotel. If you have a motor bike you will be fine. Also, my wife had a superb Thai massage in our room which was organised by reception. Keep up the good worl👌🇬🇪🇹🇭

+ It's nice family hotel, here a wonderful and relaxing massage you can find, all sightseeings are around this place, the Patong beach is about 10-15 minutes away during the walking from the hotel. The breakfast was peculiar, local food, not for everyone. But it's actually Thailand. If someone travels here, probably it will be good if he/she tries new food here. Thanks to the staf especially - ladies were very kind to me. They met everybody with pleasure and smiles.
