Seeka Boutique Resort - Relaxing Stay - Balcony, Pool & Near Beach in Patong

I booked on Booking a room with a large bed, when I arrived they gave me a room with a double bed. When I asked the receptionist to give me the room I had paid for, she told me that it was a request I made on google. When I showed her the reservation on google she changed my room by throwing the key on the counter... if she doesn't want to work with tourists (which I can understand given Phuket's clientele) she just has to change her job but she has nothing to do in a hotel. The night receptionist was very professional and friendly, she changed the room even though she told me at first that she had no room and finally gave me one. The manager was receptive on the booking chat but it wasn't enough. The next day, at the little surprise. There was no more breakfast at 10:50, when he served it until 11:00, the staff had cleared everything for a while, and when I asked for at least one capuccino, she wouldn't turn the machine back on and made me an instant coffee that was disgusting... Even with all the will in the world he doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Pathetic experience. The front receptionist is extremely money minded and rude. I read so many comments about how they find reasons to with hold our security deposit and still decided to go with this hotel and ultimately paid the price.

1. We haven’t had a single room service for the multiple rooms we booked, for total 3 day duration(even after hanging the room service board outside and requesting)
2. They claim they give water bottles everyday, but none was given. Only after going to reception and requesting we got water.
3. There was a display in the reception, where we could upgrade our room to premium for 100baht, but the receptionist denied upgrading telling no rooms available. When we checked online there were rooms available indeed.
4. Since we had a late checkout for one of our room, we had requested for the same and as per their advice we booked a room for an extra day for the late checkout and when the day came, she told us to checkout and wait till 3pm until next room is made available. And also told us to move to another room where we had no eleveator and was in 3rd floor. How on earth can we wait for 5 hours outside and climb three floors with our luggage. I have no clue how this is a 3 star hotel.
4. And as mentioned before be careful with security deposits you give as they find most ridiculous reasons to with hold the deposit

I have had many international trips and had multiple stays in each destination. And to be frank this is the worst service and experience I have had so far. Mainly the morning lady receptionist is extremely money minded and rude.

Do not stay here. The old, blonde haired morning shift receptionist will ruin your vacation.

Such a terrible experience at this hotel. The blonde haired old morning shift receptionist is terrible. Her rude attitude and arrogance ruined the entire stay. They find the slightest fault to not give your deposit back.

There is no luggage support. If you request for a bottle of water that you were told you will be provided, they will deny the request saying you didn’t ask before 5:00 p.m.
The rooms and bathroom are also poorly maintained. They don’t clean your rooms even after requesting.

If you look at the negative reviews, the hotel responds to it threatening a legal action proving that they are definitely wrong and they are defending themselves.

Avoid this place.

In 2024 this hotel was the best budget friendly hotel in Patong.
Right now...
Bed frames are broken, breakfast is bad.
Not totally clean.
