Location: on Phuket island, 34 km from the airport of Phuket, in Patong beach, 1.7/1.9 km from nightlife centre Bangla road and a major shopping centre Jungceylon (6 min drive /22-27 min walk).
Consists of three buildings (2-5 floors).
The hotel has 161 rooms. There are 4 handicapped rooms (ocean view). Smoking in rooms is prohibited. There are connecting rooms (pool view, ocean view, ocean view-speciality).
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

The housekeeping is low-quality and the entire staff and management need a kick up the backside as they were ithacan standards substandard and I think the only way to resolve this would be to remove all the staff and management and replace them with new staff
Service and Staff is very polite and supportive.
Swimming Pool is very neat and clean.
From reception to apartment have to walk and go for lugging they’re providing battery car facilities
I thought Hyatt was a Great hotel with International standards and comfort, but after my stay it proves wrong..
I paid Rs 6500 per night and strongly feel it’s a waste spending on such hotels. I would have got great hotel for half the price with more facilities.
Firstly ,my Initial experience with front office was worst, they are not at all friendly. Front office girl (I think her name “Yui”) was very rude and not at all ready to help. Every time they raise voice on customers. I don’t know how Hyatt trained to serve customers?
Secondly the room service is horrible, had to wait for 2 hrs for getting a bottle of water. When I asked why it was late, the answer is the whole Hyatt hotel is having ONLY ONE ROOM SERVICE BOY after 8PM. And every time the service boy asks for tip (Interestingly he accepts any currency worldwide).
Thirdly, rooms are dirty and breakfast is totally worthless.
Finally, I STRONGLY FEEL NOT TO OPT THIS HOTEL PAYING HUGE. WE CAN GET A GREAT HOTEL IN PHUKET AT HALF THE PRICE.
