Hard to describe, definitely avoid this place. You get what you pay for, and this is a perfect example. There were huge cobwebs in the wardrobe and two broken hangers. Whatever you do, don't book the breakfast option; it's absolutely terrible. We were given a room at the very end of the hall, but the male staff members were all very nice.

Great location if you want to party, they have a pool party for adults only from the afternoon to the night. Planes fly directly overhead which can get annoying if you are a light sleeper

A great hotel for loud parties – good DJs, good music. Not suitable for a quiet holiday. Music plays until the early hours from all directions. Planes often fly over the hotel, which is also noisy.

Well. This place is just to a beach club: we could have guessed it won’t be quiet… but to add up the guest were generally very noisy and disrespectful. Just don’t book there if you want peaceful nights.. or bring solid earplugs. Also, the showers are really bad in the rooms ! Still useable but not a great experience.

Large hotel near Patong beach. Rooms are large and spacious. They have their own parking space. They also provide moderate breakfast at just 150 thb. The only drawback they have is there are so many bars at the outdoor which are open till late night. So there is loud sound that may disturb you if u are a early to bed.

Excellent location for party freaks and nightlife enthusiasts. If you don’t mind noise and loud music till 3 AM, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket. Overall, well maintained property, spacious rooms, good service, great breakfast.

The room was extremely cramped and small, making me feel quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was also tiny. It might be okay if you're staying alone, but I was there for a graduation and couldn't even do my makeup properly because the orange lighting made my face look terrible. The windows couldn't be opened either. I didn't really enjoy my stay, and considering the price, I'd say it was quite high.

Simple, bare room without balcony or  Smart TV, so no Toutube just Thai TV. There is teapot to boil water, which is good. The WiFi is poor where every time you pick up your device you have to retype login and password, which is super annoying

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever. Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep.

After been here for 2 weeks having booked for 1 month I am that pleased with the service and the room I am staying for another month if it is possible I just wish I had found it sooner.

A very lovely hotel and good value for money. The staff are highly trained in western customer service. During high season check in can be at 2pm. If you arrive early, bring a small bag and head to the pool, beach or many restaurants nearby.

The WI-FI is abysmal at this hotel. There is a lot of building work going on opposite the hotel. Another large apartment block or hotel is under construction. A lot of noise from 7-30am until 6pm.

It’s a very clean hotel and the breakfast (buffet) is pretty good. It’s located close to the beach, to a lot of restaurants (local and international) and to the clubbing zone. I booked a room in the 7th floor to avoid the noise and it was good to sleep (after 11:00 pm, my room was right in front of the main road and a Muay Thai place). You get extra towels for the pool or the beach, that’s cool.
