The complex is nice and well maintained. The pool has a great view as it is located in what seems a jungle. Be careful with the mosquitoes as they are everywhere and you cannot survive without a mosquito spray.

If you're going to Charlie, you need to understand that it consists of several very old buildings with small, rundown rooms located within the Princess Hotel. The Princess is an excellent and vibrant four-star hotel with a great territory, location, and beachfront breakfasts that compensate for the inconveniences of poor Charlie. But overall, you get what you pay for.

The location is decent, but I'm not sure if it's because we're Chinese, but both rooms we were assigned were at the very end of the hall. We tried talking to the hotel, but they said they couldn't switch our rooms, even though we checked in at 11:00 AM and the hotel seemed to be mostly occupied by Europeans. It is my first time to take a rest at this resort and I love it so much since this resort provides great service and gorgeous sea view with the restaurant. Additionally, the pool is enough space for people who want to get sunbathing, really suitable to take a vocation with sun and beach! I will visit again!

Totally delightful. Bill Resort was a real surprise, tucked away from the hustle, and reminiscent of an 80's Rasta hangout. Gorgeous bungalows, exquisitely clean, friendly geckos, sparkling pools...just divine. And a15 minute beach walk to Lamai centre or a 5 minute drive.

A wonderful inexpensive hotel, located a 7-minute walk to the sea, the room has everything you need. Good breakfasts, there is a children's room, a tennis table, a gym, billiards (60 batts). I definitely recommend it, for your budget 10 out of 10.

I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights in February. The location is fantastic. Three minute walk to the beach, five minutes to runway night market. Coffee shops, restaurants and retail are all within walking distance. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful and the housekeepers were hilarious. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pattaya.

The hotel is good, and the breakfast is good too. However, it doesn't offer a view and is located in the middle of the party scene, with music playing late into the night. It's perfect for a one-night stay to explore the island's center. The beach is lovely in the morning when it's empty, but gets crowded in the evening.

This is the best hotel in Koh Tao. Best location, best beach bar, great pool and the room was perfect with a massive balcony. Highly recommend for any backpackers or couples travelling. Scuba diving shop is literally in the hotel.

Nicely appointed and well laid out resort right on Lamai Beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and they mix great drinks at the resort as well as have a nice restaurant. There is also a sister resort on close by that can be utilized.

Great hotel by the beach! Our room was more towards the street rather than beachfront but it was a great central location and the room was huge and beautiful! Great air conditioning and a nice patio with 2 chairs and a table for us to enjoy our coffee. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and available 24 hours. The room was not clean, the floor was not mopped, the TV could not watch anything except Channel 3, it was an old TV. The blanket and pillow smelled very bad, the bathroom also smelled bad. The only good thing was the Chinese ginger shampoo in the bathroom, it did not make my head itch after using it.

Beds are very firm as in the hardest I have slept on in any hotel internationally only single pillow and the bath and toilet are designed for the vertically challenged (tiny). Staff friendly facilities are clean, no buffet breakfast however overall it’s basic but reasonable for the location and price.
