It’s a very clean hotel and the breakfast (buffet) is pretty good. It’s located close to the beach, to a lot of restaurants (local and international) and to the clubbing zone. I booked a room in the 7th floor to avoid the noise and it was good to sleep (after 11:00 pm, my room was right in front of the main road and a Muay Thai place). You get extra towels for the pool or the beach, that’s cool.

The location is okay, but the hotel's facilities are outdated. 600 during peak season is really overpriced; it's more like a motel than a hotel, definitely not good value for money.

Delicious breakfasts, a great rooftop pool, and very friendly service. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms have thin walls and can be noisy… But other than that, it's clean, nice, and pleasant. Excellent location in the heart of Patong. I highly recommend it and send my regards to the entire team! ♥️

Right in the centre of pathong, walking distance to restaurants, spas, mall and bangla strt, small rooms so be mindful if more people, neat and clean.

Upon booking there was clear information that this facility allows early check ins from 11:00 AM, which is why I come around 11:30 AM and explained to the reception who kept refusing and saying only allowed to check in at 2:00 PM and that if everyone comes early what’s the point?
And as I tried to explain he got upset and got vocal and demanded respect, when all I was explaining is that the app showed me it is possible for early check ins,
Do note that this is not my first time at this hotel and I have always loved to stay here, but not anymore due to this 1 specific staff attitude and how he took things personally instead of helping,
His coworkers explained everything well to me while he was still upset and walking around.
I cancelled my reservation and booked elsewhere, thanks!

This was my second time at the hotel because I spent several days in Phuket and was hopping around other hotels to get to know different areas and regarding this hotel, it is well located in Patong, close to several food stores and about a 10-minute walk to the beach.

About the location its very nice but about the staff reception its very bad i hope to change the staff and 3 time i order changed the blanket but still its not clean it its like some blood and something i hope to full focus about the Cleaners
