Hard to describe, definitely avoid this place. You get what you pay for, and this is a perfect example. There were huge cobwebs in the wardrobe and two broken hangers. Whatever you do, don't book the breakfast option; it's absolutely terrible. We were given a room at the very end of the hall, but the male staff members were all very nice.

i love the swimming pool!!!so beautiful and large. The location very close to one nimman. But the light in the room was not very bright.

The hotel is quite old. While the price was relatively cheap, I forgot to check its renovation date. It was supposed to include breakfast, and the front desk confirmed it, but when I went to the restaurant in the evening, they couldn't find my room number. I really dislike such awkward situations. Breakfast isn't worth much, and there are plenty of good places to eat outside, but if it's included, it should be available. This kind of mix-up is really annoying. If they had just given me two breakfast vouchers, that would have been much better. At least the restaurant still let me in.

An excellent hotel in every aspect, from dining to the front desk to room service, and safety, including the hardware facilities. Everything was extremely satisfying.

- good location in between Nimman and old city, walking distance to both
- complete amenities in room and in hotel overall, aligned with 4 star hotels
- since its an old building, everything is big - room, lobby etc

Cons
- design is stuck in the 70s, not in a good way
- parking is quite limited

I always stay here when I visit CM. Older hotel with big rooms, very nice staff and close to everything. Nice pool area also.

Hotel is nice look like 4 stars but seems lack of maintenance because not a nice atmosphere.
Facilities are fully provided.
Probably not come back again for this lack of maintenance.

We really loved this hotel. There is a 7eleven across the road, several restaurants and massage places within walking distance. You can arrange trips to attractions at the hotel. Scooter rental across the road. Siam Dragon Cabaret show across the street as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean…fantastic after a day of site seeing. The gym is extremely well equipped. It has a large sauna as well. The WiFi is good in the public areas but was not good inside our room. Overall this hotel is a great choice. I will stay here again, for sure! Highly recommended.

The room was quite old. The toilet seat was dirty, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been updated in years. There were small bugs crawling all over the bathroom sink. The towels seemed very old and haven't been replaced in a long time; I didn't use them even once.
