The service was ravishing. Because of an issue with our standard room, they upgraded us to a villa. They also did their best to prepare some surprises for my girlfriend’s birthday. Overall, a very nice and memorable stay.

Baan Hin Sai was overall good. You could tell the rooms were very old and the bathroom as well. It did feel clean, however, because . It does need a renovation or better maintenance. I was disappointed because one of the main reasons we booked was the pool by the ocean however, when we arrived, the pool was green. The breakfast was OK and the staff were really nice. Honestly, everyone working here is friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome! Our room was lovely in terms of size and space. The bathroom is a bit old-fashioned but functional. We did notice small insects getting into the room quite easily. The location on the island is convenient, but having a scooter is really helpful for getting from the hotel to nearby places (beach, restaurants, activities)...

I had a great time staying there. The hotel was not very new, but very cozy. The rooms were built along the hill slope but they provided a golf cart service. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's unfinished at the moment but I think this is reflected in the price. After it's finished, I'd imagine it will cost 4-5x more. It's missing a lot of the normal services that some people use and expect, however it doesn't bother me at all. Good location and very large room with a good shower and Aircon isn't controlled by the key card so the room stays cool all day even when you are out. Not tried...

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and the BTS (Skytrain) station is just outside. It's not far from several shopping areas, and we could even walk to the Chulalongkorn Night Market, which we visited twice – super convenient! The room was a bit small, but it was quiet and clean. The location near the market was a huge plus, not far from Bangla Road, and there's a 7/11 nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Housekeeping was daily, and everything was clean.

Great clean bungalows, right on a beautiful the beach with a great sunrise view. Set behind the walking street of lamai but not noisy. Loads of choices of bar, restaurants, smoking shop, shopping & everything else.

I thought it was great. The location was right on the beach. ( i chose that option ) So I could hear the sound of the waves throughout the day and night. I just wish the restaurant and reception were open till a little later than they do. They close too early.

Perfect location if you want to be near the nightlife but not have the noise in your room. Excellent value. Room was quite adequate and quiet. Staff was overworked and some guests were rude to them, but they were patient. Food options didn't look great but there are a hundred great places within a block of the front door so no need. I will stay here again.

A reasonable and good hotel to stay at Phuket. If you want to stay just away from Bangla road but not far from Patong beach, its a good one. Breakfast good enough. They have free coffee and tea from 12 noon till afternoon. Lots of reataurants beside the hotel including Halal restaurants.

I didn't stay at hotel I visited the shopping mall. Interesting place. Each level is a place on earth like Italy and the uk. Has pretty much everything you may need.

The Rooms are very nice and spacious with a beautiful balcony view. Though it is around 4kms away from walking street and beach, one can always get a bike taxi near by who can drop at 60 bhat per person. There are also some good restaurants nearby.

Our stay at Lek Villa was good, it was our second time there!!  We found the hotel located in very good location ( North Pattaya), few steps to the mall and the convenience store is just right across the road, where you can grab anything to eat 24 hours. The room and facilities are a bit old but it’s fine for us. Highly recommend and we will be back again !!

For less demanding guests, the hotel's location is ideal, but the rooms are, as they say these days, tired. That's not a concern for me, but it's definitely not for those looking for a new hotel. My room didn't have a balcony, and I wouldn't risk opening the plastic windows even if I needed to, as they had a 1cm gap at the top even when closed. The sea is 600-800 meters away, and Terminal 21 is 40...

Excellent hotel for the money. The location is great, everything is nearby, easy to get to the center. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool, no breakfast, but you can buy everything in the nearby stores. There are many cafes nearby. The beach is 10-15 minutes away.

Please check the tiles on the pool floor, I cut myself, but otherwise everything is fine.

I stayed in a standalone Thai-style bungalow, which was really nice, but the birds outside started chirping at 5 AM and it was a bit noisy. Every evening there were beach fire dance shows. The hotel restaurant is right by the beach, so you can sit there all day with a beer or coffee. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty mediocre, haha.

The room was very small and full of mosquitoes. Seriously, it was tiny. The conditions were pretty mediocre overall, but the location was great, making it suitable for families traveling with children.

The hotel is lovely, and the traditional wooden bungalow is perfect for a solo traveler, what was not great is the constant music till 10 at night, if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place to stay. Starting at 5 you have the saxophone player, followed by a one man band, then the fire show, and then the one man’s band again till 10- to 10.30. It repeats the same format every night...

The taxi from the pier cost 250 baht. The beach right in front of the hotel is fantastic, and the male attendant who manages the towels was really good – he's the reason I gave the last 100 baht as a tip. One of the nicest resorts on the island with the nicest staff attending to us. The rooms are more than adequate for our needs and the food in the restaurant delicious! The beach is quiet and not as busy as other places on the island hence the reason why I will be going back there!

The exterior of the hotel looks beautiful and well-designed, creating a great first impression. What a quirky little stay- I stayed in a superior room and the view was incredible. Waking up to this every morning was bliss. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a great fun taking one of the bikes out on my final day- inner child released. The swimming pool was fantastic.
