Location was perfect .. nearby Prathunam, MBK and Central World. Perfect place to rest while visiting Bangkok

Family friendly , away from noises area. People prefer india food right place to stay.

Good hotel not far from airport metro line. Good choice before travelling from Thailand. Room is big and clean. Tasty breakfast. A lot facilities for dinner and shopping around.

We stayed for 2 nights at Ramada D'ma. It was quite pleasant and enjoyable. With pratunam market just about few minutes walk its location was very suitable. Breakfast was good, with lots of varieties including North and South Indian Foods, (cook can do better in this part, i am sure), choices were vast so not much to complain here. Rooms were big and spacious and we got the Honey Moon Room which had the largest bathroom with bath-tub. And room had the city view which was quite scenic. Swimming pool was clean and gym was adequate. Over all room and services were very up to date and we enjoyed here.

Summary: Except for Limited Indian Items in Breakfast (That too tastes poorly Indian) and missing Jet Spray in a "Preferred by Indians" hotel (As advertised by MakeMyTrip) the hotel is a 4 Star.

Details:
We stayed at this Ramada for 3 nights and I would certainly say the rooms were clean, cleaning staff was prompt and daily cleaned our rooms. I did not have to interact much at the reception except for CheckIn and CheckOut. We checked-out before time as we had something planned, but the checkout time is mentioned at the reception, so do not delay else there is extra charge.

They have a room to securely keep luggage (++++ For this)

The breakfast had indian options (I think 2 items) but the taste was not Indian (Comparing them to the Indian food available at the Restaurant exactly opp to Ramada. Certainly cannot compare with taste in India). But I do not have much complaints, you can survive with lot of other options available in Breakfast.

The Rooms were clean, but I feel it is high time the hotel should undergo renovation. The wooden flooring is chipping out and can be replaced or removed and replaced with Carpet.

The Bathtub is another Great addition to the rooms.

The security guards were promptly helpful as well, they assisted us finding a Cab twice.

For the Management:

Given that a significant portion of your customer base consists of Indians, I recommend adding Hindi-speaking staff at Reception. This would ease communication and make things more convenient for both your staff and customers in certain situations.

Jet Spray is a must if you want to continue attracting Indian guests. Adding it will not negatively affect your other international visitors, but will certainly enhance the experience for Indians and visitors from many other countries.
