We came to Bangkok for the Songkran Festival and was given a complimentary water gun. This place is quite chic and comfortable. It’s quite near to the bts Ratchathewi station. If you like a quiet location but yet too far from the main areas, and you get to experience the local vibe from the surrounding market and restaurant. Then this will be the ideal accommodation.

Room was cute quite small but works fine. I can open uo my luggage. Staffs are very friendly. Thank you for the warm hospitality! Came during songkran and they gave free water gun! Breakfast was okay. They provide hot water and microwave at lvl 1. No water kettle in room. Not a bad choice for a room. About 10 mins walk to ratchathewi bts. Located near local residents. So you can find cheaper food and drinks around here.

There are many 7-Elevens nearby, and it's also very convenient to get a taxi. The overall service attitude is quite good, and the hotel is clean and tidy with new facilities. I would highly recommend it. I'll consider this hotel again next time I visit Thailand.

For this price, the room size and cleanliness are excellent! There are two 7-Elevens nearby and many delicious street food stalls. Getting around is also very convenient. The hotel tuk-tuk can take you to the subway station. I would definitely stay again.

The room is clean and spacious , not very close to the BTS station but walkable.
The wall is a bit thin so you can hear the alarm clock next door. But the price is unbeatable

Overall a good experience. Got free shuttle and easy access to the famous areas. Room are above my expectation based from the price. Its highly recommended.

I like the front desk staffs, they were very attentive, , i booked 2 single beds, but my hubby think to get a double room. It was unable to change, even if yes, we have to pay extra. So we decided remain unchanged. After we put our luggages and hang out to the city until night, we checking in, and realised the beds already moved and attached each together.
Good location, at least have 3 of 711s in the lane heading to the hotel. 3-4 small massage shops.

1. Misleading description: The listing stated there were windows, but they couldn't be opened.
2. The room was too small, and the bathroom was right next to the bed.
3. Toiletries were not provided proactively.
4. I sat on a chair, and it immediately broke. The account manager then accused me of breaking it and demanded compensation.
5. This was the worst experience I've had in all my visits to Thailand. I'm very angry!!!

A really great hotel, tucked away in a narrow alley right next to the Asia Hotel. It's about 700 meters from Ratchathewi BTS station, which makes getting to Siam Center super convenient. They even offer a dedicated shuttle service to nearby stations, which is a fantastic touch and highly recommended.

Had an early morning flight, so booked one night here as a transit hotel. It's tucked away in a small alley, but the decor is quite unique, and it even has its own parking lot. Taxis can drop you right at the entrance. The room, though not large, was clean and tidy. Since we were two adults and one child, they charged a small fee for the child and provided an extra duvet and toiletries. The twin beds were pushed together, which made it very spacious for the three of us. Getting to CentralWorld by taxi took about half an hour due to Bangkok's notorious traffic, but it's actually only a 20-minute walk if you don't mind a stroll. There's a 7-Eleven right outside, and some very local food stalls nearby. As a transit hotel, it's really great value for money.
