Couldn't be happier with our stay at Best Comfort. The location is great! Just 5 minutes walk from Terminal 21 and the main Sukhumvit Rd as well. Lots and lots of restaurants and bars around within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is simply but nice. The room was slightly dated but that is not a big deal for us as everything else was what we were looking for. We even got a one bed apt when expecting a studio so that was a nice surprise. Aircon worked great. Heater in the shower had some issues but overall was really really good. Definitely staying there again.

The location is pretty good.
The downside is that the rooms are quite old.
However, the price is very cheap, so you can't expect too much.

The location is pretty good, and the room is huge! That's unbeatable. However, the air conditioner and walls are covered in mold; this hotel needs a major renovation. I had an allergic reaction last night.

OK, it’s a bit rundown. But for the price, you can’t beat it. It has everything you need. Large clean rooms with refrigerator. Friendly staff. Free breakfast.-just sausage, eggs, toast, and cornflakes. Oh, and chicken congee, coffee, and orange juice. But it’s free. Really good location and you can walk over to Koreatown and shopping center 21. If you’re on a budget, definitely stay here. Or if you just wanna save some money, definitely stay here. Like I said, it’s old and has some cracks. But I’ve stayed in old houses before as long as it’s clean it’s no big deal. Like I said, the rooms are a pretty good size. I am sitting by the pool right now. Oh by the way, there’s a nice old doorman or a security guard, opened the door for you every time you come in and out. I think he works like 15 hours a day. I have to remember to tip him before I leave.

Not sure why all the negative reviews, you get what you pay for and we actually had a great stay. We arrived at 12 after a long flight and they let us check-in already. Yes the rooms are dated but we found them clean. We also really liked the pool and they had quite a large gym. The breakfast is super minimal but enough to fill your stomach

If you don't seem to invest anything in a hotel for years and decades, but only take money out of it, then unfortunately it looks exactly as it does. Thank goodness I only booked this dreadful dive for one night. I can only recommend that everyone spend a little more money and stay in significantly better hotels in the immediate vicinity. The owner of this hotel should be ashamed of what he offers his guests in such a fantastic location.

I checked out early and forfeited the five nights of my prepaid stay . Its the first time I’ve ever done that. My standards aren’t even very high. It was beyond rundown, and old quality was super low from the never ever renovated rooms and ultra basic breakfast. Despite it being in a great neighborhood, I just couldn’t endure it checked into another three star hotel, not far away and Was beyond pleased and have no regrets checking out of this hotel early.g

The room is very different from the pictures. The facilities are very old. The lighting is dim. There are various sculptures and old objects. The room has a weird atmosphere. There is a big mirror above the bed. There are also small mirrors on the side and opposite. I am a grown man and I feel uneasy living here. The service is also very poor. No slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush are provided. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in on the first night was too loud. I turned it off and slept. I thought that the air conditioner outdoor unit in other rooms was still very loud. I couldn't sleep at all. After complaining, I was transferred to another room. The air conditioner was still very loud. I couldn't sleep at all when it was turned on. I didn't understand the situation at first. I booked for five days. In the end, I stayed for two nights. Finally, the cancellation application was approved. I quickly changed to another hotel.

The person at the front desk was very friendly.
He didn't bother me and gave me the key. Surprisingly, I couldn't hear any noise around me and it was well soundproofed. The downside is that the TV is small and crackles, but since I don't usually watch TV, I was able to rest well without any problems.
