Terrible, the lights been flashing all night in bedroom
The first room they gave us smells so bad with the kitchen sink. Absolutely awful for this price

We stay at 137 Pillars almost every year for our vacation, and honestly, both the service and the upkeep of the facilities are always top-notch. The breakfast is a semi-buffet with an à la carte option, and the food quality is excellent. This year, unfortunately, due to high occupancy, not only was the room rate significantly higher than previous years, but we could only get a room for one night, which is a real shame.

Overall, excellent! The service was fantastic, and it was a huge bonus that the front desk staff spoke Chinese. They were very attentive, and the environment was also wonderful.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary at 137 Pillars was the best decision we made for our first trip to Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations.

The view was spectacular and the food was simply incredible – each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavors we had never experienced before. A special thank you to Chef Nut, who was not only talented but also incredibly friendly. He generously offered us extra dishes to try and surprised us with complimentary desserts, making the evening feel even more special.

We also want to extend our gratitude to Pualyn, Rainbow, and Pooh for their warm and attentive service. They made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit.

It was an unforgettable experience, and we’ll cherish the memories forever. Thank you to the entire team at 137 Pillars!

What an excellent experience!
From the first until the last moment...
I would particularly like to emphasise Mr View from the pool bar, so friendly and courteous!
And as well Ms Aid our housekeeping lady, I never found my room made this way, so passionate, clean and order.
Thanks for making these two days very special!

It was a very lovely experience, from a warm welcome, helping hands with our luggage, delicious drinks on arrival, easy check in, perfect tour around the place to stunning views, a beautiful pool and fabulous restaurant on the 27th floor. A very good value for the money.
