Hotel is under some renovations works. Room clean and comfortable bed. Good Location about 10 min walk to Siam shopping malls.

Love this hotel as it is close to BTS National Stadium, Chulalongkorn Night Market and Siam shopping centres. The hotel room is clean and tidy, but the only downside is that the hotel only has one small lift in place which would incur longer waiting time. Overall will still recommend this hotel to my friends planning to pay visit to Bangkok.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, right next to the BTS station. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon, and MBK, and around 10 minutes to the Chulalongkorn night market.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with complete amenities including a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as bath and face towels. The Deluxe King room is spacious enough for friends or couples—even with two large suitcases, there’s still room to move around comfortably.

For improvement, the water heater can be inconsistent at times, as the water isn’t always hot. The toilet flush also requires a longer press; otherwise, it may not flush properly.

Hotel was right infront of National Stadium BTS. Near to MBK and Siam as well. Convenient to get around Bangkok . Save for solo travelers as well

I was very satisfied with the service, and the room was spotless and quite spacious. The location is excellent, right next to Paragon, and it's just a 7-8 minute walk to the Chulalongkorn Night Market. There's also a BTS station right outside with an escalator, so you don't have to walk in the sun. Noise wasn't really an issue, even on the third floor, and after 11 PM, there weren't many tuk-tuks around.

Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Had a very comfortable stay and would definitely come back again!

Stayed at Kritthai Residence and the location is easily the biggest highlight. It’s right next to the BTS station, and our window had a direct view of it, super convenient for getting around Bangkok.

Room was quite small, but clean and functional. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Overall, great choice if you prioritize location and easy transport access.

Very good, nothing to complain about. I booked a triple room and since I am staying as family of four, I need to pay extra charge but get an extra mattress on the floor (about 800 baht per night). The room is spacious enough, clean, and got sufficient amnities for my one week stay. They provide free healthy drink in the lobby (like chrystanthemum, bael fruit, bluepea etc which varies daily). The staffs are helpful and friendly. The location is right in front of escalator going up to the BTS and there is lift nearby too. One stop away from Siam (green line which connects to Ashok, Thonglo etc). About 8 mins walk to MBK mall which has Donki and 10-15 mins walk to siam paragon area. 20 mins walk to Banthat Thiong where Jeh O Chula is. For the price, room size for family and location, I think its the best in Siam area. During my stay I think my room is pretty soundproof from neighbours, but there was some noise from the street which is fine for me (ear plugs are provided). And everything is quite new which is a plus. I had my laundry done at a laundromat called Speedy Queen (10 mins away), very good as well, 25 mins washing and 25 mins to dry completely at about 120 baht (large duffle bag of clothes) - you can walk to Banthat Thong during or after laundry, its nearby.

Excellent location! Just beside National Stadium BTS, can view it from the room window. There are free drinks at the lobby to quench your thirst after a hot day out. Walkable to Siam Discovery, Paragon and MBK with all the good Thai food! Will definitely return.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance to shopping malls like Siam Square, Paragon, and Central World. There's a BTS station and a 7-Eleven right downstairs. The service is also fantastic; the ladies at the front desk are very warm and helpful. They offer a paid airport transfer service and free luggage storage.
