Located in a quiet villa complex, the environment is very peaceful. No noise at night, so it's good for sleeping. It's very close to DHC, only 680 meters away, and about 900 meters from the subway. I tried all the breakfast sets over a few days, but then got tired of them and went to the 7-Eleven across the street for food instead. There are many street food stalls and fruit stands right outside the complex, and I tried a few that were pretty good. The main building is currently undergoing renovations. The security guard uncle is very friendly; he sees me slowly moving in and out every day. I hope I can achieve my goals soon.

The room type I booked which I paid more for is supposed to have a bathtub with bigger fridge from the pictures I see for deluxe type C room but I was given another room type. As U can see from my pictures. This room was located in another annex building from the check in desk which is next to the hotel cafe/restaurant.. it's inconvenient for grab pick up as I have to walk back to main building for check out with all my luggage as well. the hotel is under some renovation works and location isn't great either. There's only a 711 nearby and that's it. So yeah not coming back again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Royal Suite Hotel, Bangkok
This was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, even though most of them didn’t speak English — they still went out of their way to assist us. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, and the staff personally guided us to our room.
The rooms were truly luxurious — spacious, with a large balcony offering a beautiful city view. They were well-equipped with an oven and television for entertainment. The highlight of our stay was the stunning rooftop pool, where we enjoyed a wonderful city view and a relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast was decent, with several good options for non-vegetarians. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to every couple visiting Bangkok! 🌇🏖️

To be honest. I don’t mind spending money on a good time. But they charge 350 for breakfast and then add compulsory service charge of 50 for slow waiting service. Here’s why. They claim it’s a buffet breakfast but here’s the catch you need to order from the waiter and it takes like 20-30 minutes. They also give welcome drink per day but it’s some juice in a jug. I asked for water and the service desk had to ask the manager if I could switch it for a water bottle. Fuzio restaurant is in collaboration with the hotel. Overall I disliked it. I do not recommend it.

Very good hotel , service top notch but far away from the main points of Bangkok ,so the fare becomes expensive from anywhere you go back.

They are renovating the hotel . It's all dusty and dirty . It's at outskirts of bangkok city.
Worst breakfast and same everyday . Beds are dirty and rooms smell . Very bad servixe and staff is not helpful. Please don't come!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I stayed here, it was pretty good. But this time, it's really a disappointment.
The fabric chair in my room clearly hadn't been disinfected or cleaned. A few days after I moved in, the area above my calf began to continuously develop blisters, become allergic, itchy and slightly painful due to prolonged contact with this chair.
After I'd been here for over a week, I finally realized it was that chair causing my skin problems. When I told the hotel manager about this, all she did was offer to change the chair, without even an apology.
I was really disappointed with that solution. I didn't want to argue, so I just cancelled my plan to extend my stay. I booked another hotel and I'm checking out tomorrow.

Many bed bugs, was under repair so noisy and messy . Reseption lady always said dont have, cannot , no . She is lazy and helpless. 800baht rib eye steak was like dried flower , very thin 😃. Very far from shops, ATM, 7/11, restaurants. View not good , only can see road.
