Important note: they have locked the balconies for guests staying in the room on their own. You can guess why but it's enormously frustrating to have a great view of the river and city and not be able to walk out to enjoy it. They'll tell you to go to the roof but who really wants to head up to an often crowded rooftop for something that is just outside your window?
Service throughout the hotel is consistently excellent. Everything feels clean, well-maintained, and supported by a team of genuinely friendly staff who make the stay feel effortless. Overall, it’s close to perfect.
The only real downside is the swimming pool. It gets sun only in the morning, which leaves the water uncomfortably cold for most of the day. If the pool is a priority, this might be a consideration.
Still, for comfort, views, and service, Lebua remains a fantastic choice.
We booked the airport pickup service through the hotel, and it was the best decision. They met us at the airport, took our luggage to the car, and in the car we had towels for cleaning our faces and hands, water, soda, and snacks waiting for us.
At the hotel, we were greeted with tea, and while seated in the lobby, we were checked in and welcomed with hibiscus tea. Our room was on the 58th floor, super spacious, clean and with a spectacular view
We rested and what a pleasant surprise in the morning, the breakfast buffet included with the room, we had an incredible variety, from hams and cheeses, to sushi.
We enjoyed the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurants and also the Pinky Wine Bar.
Would I go back? I'm counting down the days until I can go with my husband. 🤗
I must highlight the quality of service and the friendliness of all the hotel staff.
Breakfast buffet is a must try!
