I used to stay already different times in Novotel Sukhunvit 20,
Since the first time I found a good hotel, in a strategic position of Asok area of Bangkok.
The personnel are really kind.
In my last recent visit, due to a little problem in my assigned room, a special mention to Ms. Fasai, who solved the problem offering to me another room, I appreciated a lot the attention to the customer needs.
To conclude, I recommend this hotel for its location, the attentive and kind staff and for a price which, although rather high-end, is still generally good value for money.

Stayed for two days and I must say that the hotel serves quality services and accomodation. They have a small swimming pool and gym, and bar on upper floor. Wish they provide complimentary bottled water.

I traveled to Thailand alone for Christmas and stayed at Novotel for two days. The location is quite good, but it has many drawbacks! The previous guest's forgotten items were still in the corners of the room. The bathroom floor drain had an odor, and the socket next to the sink was broken. On the second day, before heading out, I specifically left a 50-baht tip on the bedside table. When I returned in the evening, I understood why the table in front of the TV hadn't been tidied, but the ironing board and iron hadn't been put away, blocking the way to the bed. The most ridiculous thing was that the clean towels weren't on the towel rack but placed on top of my suitcase. What kind of service is this?

There’s tuktuk service to the main road. Friendly staff at counter to assist you. Along the road, there’re nice food! The deck breakfast and wanton noodle stall down to the main road. Although there’re 3 lifts, it took some time to wait for the lifts.

Unfortunately, the hotel feels like it needs renovation. The rooms (we were shown several) were damp and smelled of mold, the shower seal was moldy, and the air conditioning was very noisy, the cleanliness was generally not ideal.
During the busy season, breakfast seating was also limited. The skybar restaurant was below average, offering mostly snack-type food with very limited choices.

Great location. The breakfast is pretty good. Room is clean and modern. Overall service is fairly good. Good option for families.

There were blood stains on the pillowcases. Based on the creases and discoloration of the bedding, I strongly suspect it wasn't changed. The service attitude was very mediocre, and the facilities were old and yellowed. Overall, it was just bad.

Amenities: The facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, swimming pool, and sauna. The only thing missing is a comb in the room.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The hotel environment is outstanding. It's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, and there are plenty of convenient options for dining and massages nearby.

No drinking water, buy your own water and there is no water boiler pot.They will not clean the room everyday. However, they have a strong air conditioner, Location is quite good, near Emsphere and very close to seven eleven. Many massage service around

This a nice small shop near the main road. I can't speak to the hostel section, but the food is simple and has great flavor. The coffee and Thai tea were ok, but the good is worth a try. I would recommend the chicken and rice or the small breakfast set. The lady that worked there was beyond sweet and friendly. 09/2023

We didn't stay in the hostel, have only experienced the cafe side but we love it! Fast WiFi, good food, good coffee! We enjoyed dinner and also breakfast at the cafe. Waffles with ice cream for my husband's dinner and I got the stir fried chicken with basil and fried egg - both were delicious. The Thai iced tea frappe was also nice - not super sweet. For breakfast, I got the American style breakfast and he got the waffles set. Mocha and iced latte were both really nice. Staff are very sweet. They also offer laundry services and we thought their prices were very reasonable and they were fast.

Really nice staff. Super clean rooms/bathrooms and great coffee in the café downstairs. Any complaints about not getting coffee with breakfast are just silly. You get free breakfast of eggs and toast and all of the proper barista coffees are half price in the morning so with the price of the room and free breakfast paying half price if you want a coffee aint much.
