Si Phum Heritage Boutique Chiang Mai in Chiang Mai City

I absolutely loved this hotel!

It has such a cool design, both in the lobby and in the rooms. My room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony, a desk, and a comfortable sitting area. There’s also a fridge and a clothes hanger, and the bed was big and super comfortable.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they went above and beyond for me. They helped when I couldn’t pay for my Grab delivery, printed out my visa, and were just overall lovely throughout my stay.

The location is great — in a quiet alley but still close to everything, including 7/11, many restaurants, and nice cafes.

Everything was perfect — I honestly wish I could have stayed longer!

This Hotel is the absolute cutest we’ve been to in Thailand. We stayed in 3 different ones here in Chiang Mai and this is hands down the best. The place is charming, the reception feels like someone’s living room where you can chill and have a cup of tea. The rooms is fantastic, specially the one with the balcony.
I would highly recommend a stay and will definitely be back again.

Pros: The two rooms we stayed in ( the heritage and a third floor garden view) were decorated prettily and very clean. The third floor room had a high ceiling and looked out into a beautiful tree and a wat in the distance. Both rooms were clean and had spacious showers. The daily cleaning service was effective and it was easy to access staff for extra water and linens. The staff was consistently delightful, friendly, and had good suggestions about what to do in the area.
The little block it is on is quiet with minimal traffic. There is a cute coffee shop right around the corner and it is very close to an entrance to the Old City.
Cons: the rooster. There is a very active rooster in the neighborhood and it took both of us playing white noise throughout the night to drown out the crowing.
There is no breakfast: there is instant coffee and a kettle
The heritage room had low ceilings and a humidity problem -- it did not smell great.
The lighting in both rooms could use work. Both rooms had 1 cold blue fluorescent lamp and a dim warmer lamp, or the ceiling lights, which were not terrible. it made it challenging to enjoy the space in the evening.
Overall: this is a great value for the cost and the staff was very responsive and nice. We did not experience any upselling, pushiness or bait and switch

This hotel is a tiny gem! Great central location, and comfortable rooms, at great value. The hotel is tranquil, with calming traditional thai music playing and a full restaurant, beers available, you’ll want for nothing but more time to relax.
Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It has great energy and a super homely feel. The rooms are lovely. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great, walking distance from many nice restaurants and the night market. I would highly recommended staying here

Convenient location, clean room and friendly staff

Nice room, super comfortable bed and pleasant experience. Some work was going on in the hotel during my stay but other than a bit of noise it was great value for money.
