A good guesthouse, cleaning every other day. The room has everything, including beach towels and shower accessories.

About rooms - Our room C3 on the 3rd floor (building has no elevator) had a very odd smell. The bathroom shower drain is clogged. The dirty smell was from the bathroom and also the wash basin drain was slow.
There were no toiletries provided except for an already opened bottle of liquid soap.
About service - For our entire duration of stay (from check in to check out) there was no one at the reception. Something very weird about this hotel.
**You will find no staff around for any assistance.
When we reached there was no one at the reception to check in. We called them up and they said go to your room as it's left open for you. Luckily we found a lady cleaning our room and then we checked in with her help. We saw her just at this time and never saw her again.
The ONLY good thing about the place is it's location as it is close to Karon beach by scooter . The scooter rental place was next to the hotel and there was a supermarket and a restaurant right next to the hotel too.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It a room that is close to amenities, a minimart, and a restaurant, but the room is quiet and relaxing. The staff are very caring.

Not a bad guesthouse for the money. I booked a month in advance for 3,500 rubles per night. It's fine for the price. The room itself is average. But the bedding smelled strange. The bed was hard, the pillow was soft. The room was clean, but the furniture was old. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed and, unfortunately, couldn't be turned off. It was okay for the price. The beach was a 15-minute walk away.

Hotel with nice rooms, manager very friendly. Location about 15 minutes walk from karon beach. Hotel along the mainroad and has a 7eleven nearby.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for more than a month. The location was incredible, the staff was more than accommodating, the room and the view was great, and the price cannot be beat! I will most certainly return to this hotel and would recommend it to any of my friends.

Beautiful place , clean and cozy. Located in a great position with a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby like 7 eleven. The room comes with all the comfort and the staff is always kind and helpful 💙

8,000 baht per month, very quiet , a few days living in the hotel. Cleaning every other day, even though the contract once a week . Nominally a day. (shakes her staff in the evening is great, but you can disable it altogether. Air conditioning, kettle

I sleep Four Nights in this Guesthouse. All Room is very clean. Always the Personal make clean the Room. In the near is the Beach, Family Mark, Seven Eleven. You can rent a Motobike. 250Bath. Very good. Thanks for the nice Time. I come back, soon with my Wife and my Son.

Lovely experience - rooms are super clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful, a very convenient location just walking distance from the main attractions, definitely worth coming back!
