Friendly staff, good location, cheap price, above all hotel is very clean and nice I like this hotel

Room is old and has mouldy smell. Toilet door cannot be locked and room is dark. The only good thing is that lots of parking is available. Not really recommended unless you are looking for an old budget hotel

The main building with the rooms is set back from the street in a courtyard, so you don't hear any street noise. Rooms on the second floor open onto a gallery, while first-floor rooms face the street

Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, with options like eggs, sausages, bacon, coffee, and juice. At reception, you can enjoy complimentary cocoa and coffee all day, and there's also a microwave available

Peaceful place to stay, not five star feel but a decent place to stay locally for couple of days. Has unlimited coffee and cookies anytime of the day with decent breakfast options (limited).

The room itself is quite simple: a large, comfortable bed, air conditioning, and some furniture (a bit worn). There's no kettle, but you get two bottles of water, shampoo, and soap

My partner and I love specialty coffee and even the coffee is great, which is often not the case in hotels. Breakfast has a lot of options both sweet and savory with good quality, a lot of fresh fruits and smoothies

An absolute magical place on a wonderful island. It’s a small hotel, but that is part of what makes it so lovely. It’s very personal (in the best, non-invasive way), the staff are incredibly helpful and kind

The restaurant is super romantic, and the food is very very good - both authentic Thai and western food! Overall value for money is honestly good as well

Evening dinner was the best we have had on our tour so far. Homemade desserts are a must at least 1 night. Definitely book Lanta Palace for your tour 5* and beyond Thank you for a wonderful few days

The location is also perfect in the middle of the island, walking distance to nice restaurants - but strongly advise to rent a motorbike to explore the entire island! We saw beautiful sunsets every day from the private beach/pool

The beach and pool area is as beautiful and peaceful as in the pictures, the rooms are great, the thai food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff are super friendly and helpful

The area around is beautiful with a pretty beach and a lot of cute restaurants nearby. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed our trip a lot

I was given a price and replied saying yes please, but then heard nothing. No replies to follow up emails. We ended up finding our own way which was fine, but could have done without the hassle

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good (for western standards) and the pool very chill (even though it is located next to the road so comes with a lot of traffic noise)

Wooden bungalows with private bathroom. There is an area with a swimming pool and hammocks where you can relax. You can rent a motorbike and take excursions at reception.

Clean comfy rooms, good AC, excellent location near all the action, and very friendly staff. Wi-Fi would cut out occasionally but otherwise no problems

Nice view from some rooms u can see the heel it is beautiful. Just no phone in the rooms for calling reception only for dis I will put for them 4 ⭐ and btw they giving a good price for the rooms👌👌

This a pretty basic hotel and it’s not as trendy as some of the others in the area. But it is extremely affordable and a great choice if you’re traveling awhile and are trying to be on a budget

Fabulous little hotel, very well priced, great staff and right in the heart of town. Rooms large and clean and comfortable with balcony. Has all you could want, safe, fridge and air conditioning

Many bars and restaurants just outside and a laundry less than five minutes away. For a budget hotel it tucks all the boxes, would definitely go again

Clean and good location! Lario is located across the street from Burger Daddy. It’s in a quiet off-street that makes sleeping more peaceful at night

It is clear that as an example for their hotel owners used best 5* hotels with top level services. I would gladly call it a successful 4* attempt to recreate it. Have only positive emotions here so far!

The rooms are relatively new, but look fresh and clean. We rented a car, so the location was not a problem for us. Excellent price/quality ratio. The air conditioning worked properly

The reception was very sweet and helpful and we booked a Mangrove tour with them. Also asked for an extra pillow because the one I had was quite thin and they gave me one happily. Really good Air con nice pool

This is a really good options for a affordable hotel in a really nice part of Koh Lanta. It's close to a really beautiful beach and lovely places to eat and the streets are much nicer than Long Beach area

We had an amazing time staying here ! The hosts were super friendly and made us feel very welcome, room was super clean and spacious with a nice balcony looking over a really nice pool ! The resort has a restaurant included with delicious food and a wide range of choice ! Only a 1 minute walk from the beach ! I highly recommend staying here !

The furniture is not brand new, but considering the price discount paid should be more than good

The building is a bit old and not renovated but clean. The staff is really kind and helpful, especially the young girl at the reception who was really helpful and helped us with everything we asked for

- Overall good place to stay - Staff is good, they provided kettle during our stay on special request - Smooth check in process - hotel near RCA in aonang Things that can be improved:- -Separate electric kettle in each room (currently common use for all guest) near reception -Hair dryer should be provided -Bath robe -Bo bathtub, although hotels with similar prices and exactly same neighbourhood...

Location is good and you can walk to Ao Nang beach .. only one issue is that they do not have lift . So if you are getting older or elderly person think twice before booking ..

The hotel’s location was strategic, near to 7e/restaurant/aonang beach… have 24/7 pool and also big room… my room also have a great mountain hill view! SUPERBBB

The hotel is good value and well located on the main stretch to the beach. Staff are very helpful and whilst there’s no coffee in the room I was given sachets with available hot water

This resort is huge, clean and good services. We are checked in late at 9PM. they still waiting for us and help us to deliver baggage to the room. Bathroom is Very clean and huge, stand shower, pool

4celcis today but it is not too hot for us. But we are chilled and love to play the pool. Overall is good and also if have a chance We will come again

Room was very big with nice bathroom, bed not bad, clean is okay. Breakfast is not fabulous but nice and you can choice. Garden is so beautiful with great pools, lots of trees around. Pools with different temperatures

The hotel grounds are large and beautiful, but they need renovation. The breakfasts are ok. The rooms are huge, especially the bathroom. For such a small amount, it's worth staying for 1-2 days.

Very friendly staff, nice restaurant with local food. The hotel is overall a small one with decent rooms and good daily cleaning. The pool was very appreciated by our girls and kept clean by the staff

But the room did not live up to our expectations - the pictures were probably taken many years ago. There were so many small damages in the room - broken window, missing draw, wardrobe door that couldnt be opened

The location is good - in the southern part of the island, right on the beach, close to different restaurants and shops. It is easy to rent bikes directly from the hotel. They have also laundry service - easy and quick

The position Is Simply Amazing. The rooms are nice and the bathroom are really minimal but it's ok if you want to spend some days in Koh Lanta and you have a budget of max 1. We had Amazing dinners on the beach

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The location is excellent, and the hotel is clean. Housekeeping is available daily until 2 PM upon request, and they do a good job, replenishing water and toilet paper every day

Good stay but they didn’t allowed us to do early check-in (2hrs before ) even though the room is available. We have to walk a lot to reach railay beach boat station/night market/ao nang/land night market/food etc

Nice quaint hotel on the ***** and close to the beach. You are in the middle of everything and the room was nice with a balcony overlooking it all. Very spacious room with a safe for your belongings

No pool and not sure if they provide breakfast. There is a place downstairs in front of the rod the hotel that has food available. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms overall are nice but the lights in the rooms are quiet less other than that it was pretty good room, this property has a good size pool too which we quiet liked and the best part the host mr toni he fed with the most delicious breakfast which he had prepared for us fresh, he was a gem of a person which we could had a photograph with him, he helped us with the laundry too as he dropped us...

They also arranged scooter for us for sightseeing. They have good greenery in the area

Location is right near the main road. The highlight of the area is the staff,they are the sweetest people. They helped arrange us cab on short notice so that we got our flight on time

Great no frills hotel near the airport and bus station. Recommended if you have a flight next day. They gave a scooter for 300 Baht and provided airport transfer for 300 Baht as well

They do NOT have amenities like Dental kit, shaving kit etc but there is a 7-11 nearby. The bed in a little springy and dated so that can be improved

Very good value for the price! The rooms are clean, the maid service took care of our room daily, the front desk was friendly and helpful. The only thing to improve on is the insulation of the walls

It's well located, right next to the night market, not far from the White Temple, numerous massage parlors, taxis and tuk-tuks that will take you wherever you want to go! At reception, there's a young man named Oath; he's so friendly and helpful

Swimming pool is great, cliff views are out of this world! They clean your rooms daily and it looks pristine when you enter back in the evening. Staff are good in replenishig toileteries

The villa's rooms are amazing, big, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, amazing shower and so green and calming atmosphere. Best room for value we've been at. Super super nice and friendly staff

A quiet hotel, a bit of from other restaurants and night life. Stayed at a Beach front villa, a good sized room with the most beautiful view of the ocean and sunset

The room had a smell of sewage that came and went, noticed that the rest of the hotel sometimes had that smell. We have experienced that at other hotels in Thailand as well. Very good breakfast (à la carte)

I was also introduced, for the first time, to hermit crabs that would scurry along the beach sand — what a treat. We had the BBQ, which was superb, and really enjoyed the fire show organised by the hotel

The family room is very good. Not far from the restaurant, next to the sea. The room is spacious with 2 large beds, a sofa, and a cooking area. Very nice.

Very good hotel for a good price.

One minus is the location edge to the road, larger rooms are further from the road! From 9 am the noise from the road begins, but it is not critical, but the sea is 3 minutes away, I went to the neighboring hotel there is also a pool and cafes at every step

Overall, everything is great, there were some shortcomings, the tap did not work and there was no light bulb in the lamp. They fixed it during the cleaning of the room, they clean constantly

I see other reviews complaining about the long tail boat noise, but surely that's just a problem for all resorts in Raleigh beach and isn't the resorts faults 🤔 You should stay here! It's reasonably priced and a lovely hut

Cute bungalows with a beautiful view, nestled on a hillside practically in the jungle. This would be a slice of paradise if it weren't for the almost constant roar of local boat engines

Earplugs don't really help, so getting a good night's sleep is unlikely. The breakfast was good, but the hotel definitely needs to get a coffee machine. right now they only have instant coffee

To make a tea, you would have to go the the canteen, which was great and had good views to the pier. There was unlimited toast which you could make, with was plenty for a free breakfast

There is a stair and a lift for big bags. We stayed there for 3 nights. At first we had noisy neibourgs. They were loud till 4 in the morning. That was unpleasant, but it's not hotel's fault

I had room 207 and the view was incredible. There’s no hot water, no hair dryer and I didn’t mind that :) Had a nice visitor during breakfast (Monkey). I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at Mini House! Tucked away in a corner but still have very good location to within the walking street in Ao Nang, clean rooms and very friendly reception and staffs. Very Zen lobby as well
