The location and everything was great. The staff helped me book my next transfer, all very smooth. The mattress was a bit old, but besides that the room was lovely. Looking into the jungle.

We were originally supposed to stay only two nights, but extended it to four. I enjoyed the view from the balcony towards to pool and to the sea. The room was a really enjoyable size

We moved rooms and it was marginally better but still not ideal. It feels like the hotel needs a spruce up but breakfast was decent and the location couldn't be better so overall our memories will be good!

Rayavadee was an absolute dream for our honeymoon. The setting is unreal - surrounded by limestone cliffs, lush greenery, and some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. It feels incredibly private and peaceful

A nice hotel, nut the future I would stay in Ao Nang beach area. They do a shuttle to the beach several times a day. The rooftop bar was never open, nor was the cocktail bar. There was a very annoying Rooster next door

Theres a small pool with mountain view inside the room. Bed is super comfy, staff are friendly and there's 7-11 near the hotel (2mins walk). If you are looking for a place that is not seaside I would recomend this one

The shower drain was clogged, causing water to collect and drain very slowly after showering. The location is a bit far from the main area, but there is a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient

One day, when I returned from a tour, my room had still not been cleaned and I had to wait in the lobby while it was being serviced

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The garden design is beautiful, and the complimentary mini-bar is refilled daily with a great selection of drinks and snacks

I suggest just taking the public boats; they depart once enough people have gathered. Also, this hotel is a 4-star, and the main difference from a 5-star is the lack of service – everything is self-service

I'd definitely recommend not skimping on that extra cost. The sunrise and the night view when it's less crowded at Railay Beach are still beautiful. However, I'm genuinely fed up with Southeast Asia

Oh, and a point I haven't seen mentioned: currently, the boats from the hotel to Ao Nam Mao pier (which doesn't require wading) are very infrequent, only at times like 2 PM and 4 PM

Good stay at Krabi Heritage Hotel. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location — just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with many shops and restaurants nearby

Hotel is clean and in a good location near aoNong beach and near restraurants and good place to base yourself to do excursions (I recommend doing the kayaking through the natural mangroves but not the 4 islands tour)

Only thing that bugged me was waiting for the hotel car to take us into the city - the process was a bit chaotic, with staff letting visitors jump the queue. Left some of us waiting ages 😕

We end up getting our own private taxi. Still, can't fault the experience overall, would totally recommend!

The rooms are situated on the hillside, and there is a free shuttle service available both uphill and downhill. You can drive up by car, or walk if you prefer, although it can be a bit steep for higher rooms

At the very top of the resort, there is a viewpoint that can be reached by stairs, and the view from above is absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful mountain scenery of Krabi

also there is a restaurant on site plus a wine bar. manyn restaurants , pharmacy , 711 shop And Doctor Somboon is opposite to deal with minor health issues

Having been here for many years on holiday I every confidence in him. The staff are very caring and nothing is too much trouble for them We were here last year also and will be back next year

Overall, it was a great stay and definitely worth the price. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others

Amazing pool that has lane swimming also a another lovely area for families to enjoy with jacuzzi area and small children's pool The kitchen is good for preparing breakfast etc

The balcony was large ,but unfortunately the aircon system was out there with you. Music from bars next door ,but wasn't too bad inside. I'd skip it , plenty of better places around

The couch was absolutely filthy ( we could see that and the couch was brown!) , towels smelt old and damp. The room smelt closed up and damp. Very dark as lighting is dim

I did not like the first room they had given because it was not the one I saw and booked for (it on the first floor, last room on the corridor), they immediately found another room and relocated me

Hotel experience was not good at all for the price paid. Hotel don't have lift for some blocks which is not written on trip. Room has no cubboard to hand cloth. No kattle available for hot water, making tea /coffee

The grounds are great, and the two-bedroom villa with a pool view is lovely. Breakfast is good, pretty much everything you need. There are shuttles to the beach and the walking street

The only downside is if you don't have a scooter or car, you'll have a bit of an uphill walk. And it's a bit far from the nightlife. But for a family, it's perfect

I love how clean big & comfy this hotel is. the calmness & beautiful mountain surrounded by beautiful lush garden,the breakfast is good and all halal. this is a plus for a Muslim travelers like us

3 meters deep, while the rooftop infinity pool is 1. 6 meters deep and offers pretty good views. The staff are all very friendly

The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, but there's a 7-Eleven about 400 meters away where you can buy one. There are two swimming pools: the one downstairs is quite shallow at 1

It's about a 300-meter walk to the main road, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and shops that are generally cheaper than those at Ao Nang Beach

However, the path leading to the main road can be a bit dark, so if you're a solo female traveler, I'd advise against going out alone at night

Breakfast was decent; I'd recommend booking it with your stay, otherwise, you'll have to walk quite a distance to find food

Very nice hotel although it’s quite, your only 5 min drive from Ao Main Street , staff were great very helpful , room are nice clean and comfortable would definitely recommend and stay again if I’m in Ao nang Krabi

Went with family and booked two different room types. They forgot to put toilet paper in the room, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. The rooms on the first floor are more convenient.

The environment here is pretty good, located in front of a mountain. There are about 5-6 hotels along this mountain road, and this one offers the best value for money

B2 in Krabi, it means good price and good quality for sure! Clean room, clean shower, cozy design, nice swimming pool and what is important- is unbelievable great green mountains view ))) I never see anything like this before! Nothing to say about breakfast because it was only wrap, but cappuccino is best in Krabi without any doubt

It's also quite close to the main street, and on the way there, there's a good restaurant, as well as a nice Indian restaurant

Great thanks to manager and hotel team, especially professionals who work hard in garden and keep rooms tidy and clean. If you are hungry there is real Italian pizzeria nearby, where we enjoy delicious dinner

Had some issues when we first arrived. Spoke to Toom the resort manager and she did her best to fix the issues and accommodate us. She check up on us the following days to make sure we were having a great time
