Best Hotels in Krabi Province

When we arrived, our assigned room was quite a walk from the pool. You could call a buggy, but the path is really rough, just a dirt road. Breakfast was also very limited and not good at all

The resort sits in an excellent micro-location, with accommodation plus office/reception in a leafy forest on one side of the road and the restaurant, bar and pools on the other side by the very nice beach, connected by a tunnel

The restaurant is very run down; and is (unsurprisingly) poorly patronised apart from the included, okay-at-best breakfast. The stairway leading down from the road to that area is frankly a disgrace

Front desk staff were nice, but often ineffectual. Restaurant service was leisurely at best (apart from the two lovely Filipinos who were the front line with diners)

The best part of this Hotel is the staff,they are absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us,from the second you pull up on the forecourt you are greeted with big smiles

The breakfast was very good. Lots of fresh fruits and egg station serving omelettes etc. Room nice and was serviced well. Staff very helpful.

The hotel's location is quite good, quiet yet centrally located, and close to several popular 'internet-famous' restaurants. Overall, hotels in Krabi aren't as good as those in Phuket

Kim,Sa,Seem,M,Ta,Roh,Prae,Jenny,Oom,Fom and Mus on reception as well as all the lovely staff in the restaurant really made our holiday, if ever we are lucky enough to visit Ao Nang again I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel

The pool itself was excellent. clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us every time we arrived or left the hotel, which made the stay even more pleasant

Our housekeeper was also very responsible! I really enjoyed the breakfasts; they were excellent

The only thing I didn't like was the gym: the air conditioning was always either very weak or didn't work at all, which turned your workout into a sauna. The equipment was very old, and it was always quite dusty

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, about 2 km from the beach. Very quiet, spacious room, clean, complete facilities. The service staff is very good. There are many delicious foods to choose from.

The shower in the bathroom had a good pressure and has a good temperature range however, we would spot ants in the bathroom every time we went in. The pool looked nice and pool towels are provided

As the name of the hotel suggests, it definitely offers the best sunset view right from your room. The staff is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy. It has a nice small pool with a shower

I am stayed in the sunset for 3days so wonderful at the 4 floors that’s very nice I can see views of seas sides and be fresh when I open the doors to see beautiful seas and beaches and islands thank you to live that nice location next to the main road and I can go anywhere for easy life🏝️🥰👍🏻

Most staff had TRAINEE badges on - be nice to them, they're trying their best and are keen to help, but they're leaning. Pity that the massage shop was closed. Pool area is nice and the water very clean

I do agree with some reviews that some staff need more training. Thanks for the housekeeping staff. Check-in was smooth and perfect. Thanks to the lady who made it wonderful

Staff in the swimming pool must give safety instructions to guests, especially since some areas in the swimming pool are 1. Food and massage in the hotel is pricy, and breakfast needs to have more options

Staff was great and quite helpful, smoking area was a bit too far from the premiere rooms in the new wing which was a bit annoying as smoking is jot allowed on the terrace of the pool access rooms

She checked in with me a good amount but not too much like some others do, it was the perfect amount

Mattress was a bit hard for a side-sleeper. The Spa was a very professional and relaxing experience, very much recommended. Breakfast and lunch/dinner was good enough. You also have a nice coffee place at the reception

I stayed at Cozy Crabby for six nights as a solo traveller. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay, mainly because of the fantastic location and the friendliness of the staff

There is a shuttle to take you into Ao Nang which is good however, it’s infrequent (starts at 12:30) and limited to 10 guests at a time which means you have to plan ahead so spontaneity isn’t possible

This offers a lovely escape from the bustle of some of the local areas. We were really pleased that we decided NOT to go to the islands, which look like a cattle market! So spoiled

The location is quite remote, so it is more suitable for a relaxing staycation rather than going out for activities. Breakfast is also good and enjoyable. Overall, it was still a nice and comfortable stay experience

We particularly enjoyed Jayda and Toey who helped make us feel comfortable and happy during our stay. There is a national park within walking distance of the resort that offers challenging hikes with spectacular views

I booked the Spa Suite. The room was spacious and pleasant. The bathtub in the middle of the room was a unique feature. The hotel is quietly situated with beautiful mountain views. There's a lovely swimming pool.

Service, rooms and beachfront location are very good value. We spent 3 nights in a beach house, on the sand and 10 meters from the water. Hotel was recently renovated, including rooms and main pool

Breakfast and food overall is ok. Onsite massage is also the best we had in Thailand. Expect around 200 Baht to get to Saladan center by taxi

It is a hotel that uses good materials, good materials to decorate, very good, beautiful rooms, beds are 5-star hotel grade, clean, close to the source of food. Many famous shops There are drinks for sale 24 hours a day.

The room quality is good, but the soundproofing for the adjacent rooms could be better.

The air conditioning took a little while to cool down, but overall it was okay. For this price, it's the best you'll find in Krabi.

The parking space right next to the room is a bit tight, you really need to park carefully as it's just big enough for the car. Stayed for only one night, and for the price, it was good

Cons: Housekeeping is quite superficial. The towel holder in the bathroom was falling off. Only one large towel is provided per person. It's a good choice for 1-2 nights
