Green area, small nice rooms. Near the village of Avsallar with its market and shops. For a relaxing family holiday. The hotel does not accommodate single men.

Location: 105 km from Antalya airport, 22 km from Alanya, 100 m from the village of Avsallar, on the coast.

Consists of a main 7-storey building and a 4-storey block of Annex (90% of rooms with sea view).

Total area: 4 000 m2.

Only 144 rooms.

Beach: private sandy beach, first coastline. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – no. The length of the beach – 80 m.

Attention! The hotel does not accommodate single men.

Food. All Inclusive

All inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Swedish table, late Breakfast, sweets and snacks during certain hours, snack, local alcoholic and soft drinks (10.00 - 23.00).

I have read the other comments and I think people expect too much when they are on holiday.

We did not expect our bed sheets or towels to be changed every day (I do not wash the bed sheets and towels every day at home either), we did not use the pool because if I am going to a seaside hotel and I want to swim, I walk down to the beach 10 meters and I swim in the sea. If I want to be in the room and in the pool all day, I stay in my hometown, much cheaper. Even if it is all inclusive, I do not eat or drink all day in every 5 minutes, and do not expect to have 50 different types of food and drinks available all day.
One example, once they ran out of orange juice but they had also pineapple, apple and cherry juice so then I have chosen something from the remaining three.

The hotel was perfectly fine (especially for this price), the staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast and dinner choice was big enough for us (10 different types of food every day). Many comments mention that there is an unpleasant smell in the rooms. The smell comes from the bathroom, from the tunnels, and it is not the hotel's fault. There is a window in every bathroom, so we left the window open and closed the bathroom door, and we did not feel the smell in the room at all.

The only unpleasant thing for us was that every day there was a beach disco next to the hotel, and it lasted until 1-2am, and it was very loud. Luckily we brought ear plugs so that solved the problem. But without those, we wouldn't have slept until the music was over.

We spent 7 night in Sun Maritim, and had a very pleasant holiday, so I would recommend this hotel.

Booked and paid in full! Only to find out the hotel was permanently closed!!! I had to tell Thomas cook! For them to tell me it’s reopened under a different name!!! With a few suspicious reviews!!! Goin to Turkey in July….and no hotel! Thomas cook have been waiting on a response for two weeks!

This hotel head to toe is really a terrible one. I've never seen any hotel as stingy, poor, dirty, lack of any facility-fun-animation etc as this one. I ensure you that you will not find even a single reason to like this hotel. Rooms are terrible, there is no sound isolation in rooms. They are also very dirty and small. Televisions in rooms are not other than scrap. You can assume there is no swimming pool since it looks more like an ornamental pool. There is not many options in respect of foods, deserts, drinks etc. they are not also delicious. In evening there is nothing but mini disco for children. Briefly, if you wish to ruin your holiday it is the best place to visit.

A beautiful place. It is right on the beach. Our room was beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The manager Mustafa Bey always and immediately helps. The shopping street is a two-minute walk away.

What is written in the offer has nothing to do with how the 24/4 lobby bar is? And with what? With hot water because there is not even tea there. Confectionery? Ok, the room is there, but what next? 2 bars ok and when there are meals one is closed and the other has beer. The bar is generally good but at 10pm they ran out of alcohol. Late snacks? Leftover soup from dinner. Beach bar payable, obliga does not speak English and is rude and absent. And the beach is sandy and rocky to be exact. Guests watched how much ice cream they take (provided) and others. I honestly don't know if it's okay to sell something that doesn't exist.

Due to my stay in this hotel, I am terribly disappointed the photo compared to reality has nothing to do with cockroaches walking around the restaurant hair in the food the food is the same from day to day I do not recommend it to anyone lobby bar with only and only coffee The coffee was artificial all inclusive who ran out of alcohol an hour before closing it was already vodka mixed with water funny beach where everyone had sand around and only sharp stones in this place where it was impossible to swim on the beach general rubbish garbage beach not cleaned at all beach bar is not a bar on the beach the hotel is a completely different company they simply mislead buyers staying in this hotel events ending at 11:00 pm where I heard that it was curfew and in the hotels on the right and left they played until 1:00 am DJ who quietly needs it was only necessary to bring two three drinks only then he played what we wanted rooms in agony anyway you will see in the pictures a general mess I do not recommend I attach to this photos so you can see how it is there in my opinion it is not the standard of a four-star hotel at most I would give a poor 1

Me and my friends spent 7 days in this hotel. It was not the best time spent, because at every step we met with unpleasantness. Problem in communication with the reception staff. Injured feet from stones.. the beach was supposed to be sandy, but it turned out differently. In addition, I have the impression that no one there kept clean, a lot of crap, cigarette butts that were everywhere. Not enough sunbeds for the number of rooms. The food was repetitive, sometimes there was no alcohol or water in the fridges. We came across a moldy cake which in my opinion is unacceptable. There are no attractions, the lights are turned off very early and the music is turned off even though there are a lot of people sitting. The only thing we could listen to in the late evenings was having fun in the hotel next door, which made us even more dissatisfied. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The door handle on the balcony was broken, which made it impossible to close it, despite reporting it, it was not repaired. Bad smell in the bathroom. In the public toilets, there was a constant mess, dirt that had accumulated for a long time. I don't understand where the 4 stars come from..

Please don't go calmly, throw your money away. Maybe at least one poor person will find it. I don't know where to start, there is nothing. I won't say it's dirty, there's no animation, there's no attention, because the woman at the reception is scolding very concernedly... Small cozy hotel on the Mediterranean coast is suitable for holidays with friends and family. Attentive staff. Delicious food, the chef is always with a smile, and pleasant waiters. Special thanks to the manager zekeriya for his attention to the guests of the hotel. The best beach, the territory of the hotel is well-groomed.
