INKAYA Hotel in Bursa

Catastrophically dirty. The bedsheets were stained with yellow stains. The toilet didn't flush.
After my family and I saw this disastrous room, we decided not to stay. The receptionist assured us I would get my money back. Unfortunately, I didn't get anything.

Only good for location

I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. It is a waste of your money. Never stay. It is not suitable for families, you may encounter everything. The cleanliness is zero. There is too much noise. You can never sleep. There are constant voices and arguments in front of the door. The police teams came constantly. I think there is a problem with the license too...

We arrived at 4pm for our room not to be ready yet. Were asked to wait 10 minutes for cleaning. When we got to our room the floors were wet.

Our shower was disgusting and mouldy. The tap was broken.

The property was so loud. After telling us there is free parking, the receptionist woke us up at 10:30pm for us to move the car so he could drive him friends somewhere.

Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Location is 5 minutes drive / Public Transport from Bursa Teleferic. Very old part of Bursa.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Hotel toilet seat broken, door did not have a key. My friend used his key from his room to lock my room as well my toilet 😆

Overall, poor. Not a hotel I would stay in if i was near the area again. (Nothing against the staff, who were helpful).

Plus Side... A/C was worling very well.

💁🏻♀️Comment: I rented it for 4 days and 3 nights. When I went to the center of Bursa on the first day, I knew that I could go there directly without a car. I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
The hotel is located on a slope. I was dragging a big suitcase and a big backpack with me. If I didn’t take a taxi, I would definitely get a heat stroke on a hot day😮💨🥵🤒
The first thing I knew when I arrived was that there was no air conditioning in the room, I was speechless😵😵😵
Little did you know that there wasn’t even a fan.
It’s really impossible to imagine how beautiful it would be in such hot weather😵💫😵💫😵💫
There are gaps in the wooden windows and doors, so you can completely hear the noise from the street😫😩😫
But it’s only rented for 4 days, so if I can’t bear to stay for more than 3 nights, I will definitely switch to a hotel🏨
On the morning of the second day, the hotel staff asked me to check the water level in the bathroom, and asked the master to come and take a look. It was around 9am, and I was very helpless😑😑😑
At that time, I was a woman in the room, so I asked her to go up and get ready. I put my clothes on and got ready at 10am. I sat in the room and waited until about 3pm in the afternoon. No one came to knock on the door😑😑😑
Because I was too hungry, I decided not to wait any longer and went out to have a feast first.
At about 8am on the morning of the third day, the hotel staff asked me to check the water level in the bathroom again, and asked me to go in and take a look. I was so happy😤😤😤
I told him that I had been waiting for you for five hours in the morning but no one came to take a look. It was so early this morning that I wanted to find someone to come up and take a look at the water level. I told him that I could see him‼ ️
I am a tenant, and I have the right not to allow him to come to my room to repair any location in the morning. Plus, I am a woman in the room, which is very inconvenient and safe‼ ️👿👿
I found out that the hotel staff went too far and ordered me not to take a shower that night‼ ️
After listening to Zhong Na, what I said is that your hotel itself has a problem with the water plug, not that I caused the problem of the water plug. It is impossible for your hotel to order the tenants not to bathe‼ ️🤬🤬🤬
The temperature in Türkiye in June at that time was 29-32 degrees.
Bathing is an impossible thing for this department‼ ️👿👿👿
Later I wanted to change rooms, but the hotel told me there was no room‼ ️
I told the hotel that one would change the room for me, and the other would give me my money back‼ ️
They compromised and asked me to check out before 12noon.
I immediately grabbed my luggage and left the hotel, which was a complete and utter failure of equipment‼ ️🏃🏻♀️💨💨💨
After 2 days, the hotel offered me a one-day rent refund on Trip.com‼ ️

Staying in a hotel with no air-conditioning or fan, the water level in the bathroom is blocked, and there are gaps in the wooden windows and doors. Even if the gate is buried in the wooden windows and doors, I can hear the noise of various types of vehicles, motorcycles, and people chatting in the bar.
Just go rent and experience it‼ ️😈😈😈
