Martin City Hotel in Bursa

I'm saying as a hotel owner, you don't look for comfort and luxury in this kind of facility. If you search, you will make a mistake. Hygiene should be the biggest expectation from such small city hotels. In my opinion, it is enough for the employees to be friendly, warm-blooded and helpful. I regret to say that none of the expectations were met. The room was not bad in terms of hygiene. It was a renovated room but it had many shortcomings. (such as telephone, trash can in the toilet, wardrobe 🙂) But unfortunately, there was no place to have breakfast on the terrace where we went out for breakfast. There is no need to mention the content of the breakfast, but the tables, plates, forks and knives were not tangible. We didn't go out the second day anyway. As an experienced hotelier, my advice to the business is that they give maximum importance to hygiene. Otherwise, the positive comments and opinions I see here will melt away one by one.
