Anita Dream Hotel - All Inclusive in Kemer

I did do 5 stars originally! Until the manager told us all to get out the pool and off the sun lounges for Turkish night I wouldn’t mind but it’s 4:30pm. He said it’s only for one day I don’t care I go home tomorrow he then told me to go to the beach with is awful! Other than that the entertainment staff are nice the massage is good. Food is very basic water in shower is cold. Rooms are not soundproof.

Good food if you are a rabbit , only stewed chicken or fake chicken nuggets, rooms cleaned every 3days. Only have 1 bar . Vodka, beer. Wine, Served in small plastic cups . No drink or food after 10 only water from an outside tap Never saw the manager smile, staff very nice, saw the kitchen porter dry dishes which looked like a torn up sheet then clean his face and neck with it, disgusting, then lay it beside the clean dishes. If you laugh to loud after 10pm you got told off don’t go to this hotel, when we booked it, it came under blue sky hotel so never got many reviews, worst all inclusive I have ever been to

This is the worst hotel me and my partner stayed in , when we arrived we were backed into upgrading our room for £40 WiFi was £10 each , no understanding of English. Our room was basic the balcony was tiny the outdoor light didn't work , has to ask for clean towels the cleaner was lovely :). At meal times the ques would start early they were like vulchers wanting feed , on a couple of occasions when my partner went down their was no food left! My partner is diabetic and must eat with his medication. The hotel staff just didn't seem to care about their guests , they didn't wear a uniform or had a name badge on very unprofessional! The whole two weeks we never once seen our holiday rep , their is nothing to do at the hotel apart from the pool and sun bathe , very loud music there is only one bar and it's tiny and only one member of staff who always seemed stressed which is understanding. There is plenty of shops around and only a handful of restaurants me and my partner ate out each day and when we did go for food at the hotel it was always cold! Dirty tables dirty plates , people using there hands to get food yuk! The TV in our room was tiny and no English channels available, the hotel is a shambles and needs to be shut down ASAP it isn't fit for humans , it's more a 1× star 'hotel' the photos online are to trick people into booking! AVOID AND DO NOT BOOK!!! our next holiday won't be back to Turkey the hotel has put us off, the shops around the hotel the owners constantly in your face to purchase from them , made me feel very uncomfortable. Glad my partner was with me..

Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying in. 100% deceiving and nothing like the photos. Older gentleman on the reception needs a lesson on customer service. Dirty rooms. Mouldy bathrooms. No glasses or mugs for drinks only flimsy plastic cups. Once food is gone it is not replenished. Poor quality meat and food. No entertainment no beach or pool bar. No aircon in the hot cramped dining room. Dirty towels and bedsheets where you have to chase the cleaners down to clean. WiFi is £10 per item not per person. Small safe which doesn’t hold much and our door didn’t lock so this was really brilliant. Elevator didn’t work and half the facilities mentioned simply do not exist! Ruined our holiday please avoid this place at all costs.

My wife and I had a terrible experience at Aneta Dream Hotel in Antalya. We checked in late at night and found our room in poor condition, with rust in the shower corners. Things worsened when my wife discovered a cockroach in the tiny bathroom. The hotel staff killed it without a sincere apology and offered no alternative room. The next morning, we found more dirt and another cockroach, prompting us to demand a refund, which the hotel refused. We had to book another hotel through *******, incurring extra costs. Aneta Dream Hotel is filthy, poorly managed, and has terrible customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.e to our flight got

This hotel should not be still available to book. British people stay away. Website totally misleading. Anita dreams ( screams) blue sky hotel holiday from hell Arrived in turkey. No transfers as they bust. New transfer info was given to me and was told to go to a certain meeting point. They wasn’t there. Had to pay for a private taxi £80. What else could go wrong? Arrived at the blue sky hotel / Anita dreams hotel kemer/kiris ( Anita screams) I call it. Staff outside at 1am on arrival drinking and smoking. They came to us at reception whilst we waited for a few minutes. First thing they said. Don’t speak English and rammed a phone in my face with Google translate on it. So no communication from the start. Got taken to room 9. In ground floor. Well, the smell of sewers was so bad we was heaving, the dirty toilet was shocking. The damp smell mixed with sewers hurt your eyes. The staff member then decided to show me the so called balcony. No lights. It was a view of a big rubbish pile. With Turkish men drinking and smoking. This is not outside the hotel but in the grounds. I felt very unsafe here. Straight away I asked to be moved. He said I couldn’t. I then demanded to be moved. He then took me and left my female friend in room whilst I went back to reception with him. I then got surrounded by 5 staff. 3 I think Turkish and 2 Russian women. None spoke English. They demanded £40 off me for a new room. The reason is because I apparently booked an economy room. Apparently the slum of a room is hotel concept and that’s what you get if you pay a little less. It’s acceptable to them. So went to new room. This was slightly better. Dirty sheets dirty bedding dirty towels. A empty fridge no toilet roll. Now we are all inclusive. Mmmmmm. Back down I go to reception to ask for water and toilet roll. Well no we don’t get free water. Nothing. Hotel concept. What. A basic thing such a water for guests in the fridge in your room for a so called 4* hotel All inclusive. NO. We was told to go buy it from the supermarket. Now we had no drinks since our plane journey. It’s now 4 hours without water. It’s extremely hot, and we are in need of water. NO. I was given half a toilet roll. Off I went back to the room. Then, 2am a knock at our room door. A member of staff. Male. Asking us to go for a drink and sexual harassments. We shut the door. Went to lock it. The doors do not lock from the inside. So we didn’t sleep. Food. If you got food you was lucky. Well if you’re almost dying of starvation as the Russian based hotel was full of Russians. And once food gone it’s not restocked. So you went without. Food that was left over was left out for dinner. Flies everywhere. The smell in dining room was an almost gone off dairy smell with off food. I was ill from what I thought was beef as it was dark brown. It was turkey what yes turkey. All inclusive drinks was beer, wine on a pump and rola cola. That’s it. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Love Holiday falsely advertised this as Blue Sky 4*. I wouldn’t give this a 1*. What you see is certainly not what you get. Hotel is filthy, food is inedible, cold and covered in flies. Staff can not speak even the smallest amount of English to communicate, you speak through Google Translate.. even the reps don’t go there. It’s advertised as being in Kemer, that to is lies it’s in Kiris.. we could have cried. Ruined our little break away.
