4 star hotels in Turkey

It is an okay Hotel, nothing special. The A/C in the rooms only blow out hot air even if you put it on "cold". Some rooms you can't open the window. Water pressure goes up and down in the shower. It is a quite old hotel, and the rooms could use an update. Don't go to their restaurant unless you like very dry meat... Oh and also, no one speaks English.

Average. did not like the receptionist service, but other guys were really good and friendly. Rooms didn’t look that clean as it’s non-smoking room but the pillows were stinging of cigarettes. I don’t know if they changed or not.

Location is good and accessible to the downtown easily. All the conditions are quite satisfying, but for me lightening of the hotel and it's garden should be improved.

Everything is great but it would be better if there were trash cans in the corridors on the floors, especially the tables in the corridors of the 1st and 2nd floors where people eat and drink and it remains dirty for hours or even days 🤷♂️ I say this every year I come and it is the same 🤷♂️

Great stay ,got a free room upgrade by ozgur who was great throughout our 8 days ,pool area could do with a make over and the second lift was out of order throughout the whole stay which at breakfast time was very frustrating as it never got to the 5th floor, but overall a great stay

The hotel has a good location, but overall it does not feel like a 4-star property – more like a 2-star by US or Asian standards. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and housekeeping was inconsistent, sometimes not providing shower gel, only shampoo, and just one towel for two people. The location is good. The environment is OK. It's just too small. But there is nothing you can do about it in a tourist place.

The staff is super friendly, the beds are very comfortable; I slept like a baby. You have a lot of varieties for the breakfast (they have a delicious choclate cake). Even the location is very good you're in between two Masjid (Camii) and metro station, bus, taxi stops, 4 min from the tramway, surrounded by restaurant.

There are some aspects of the service provided by the hotel that need improvement. It is definitely not a family hotel.

We spent on night on our trip. The room was functional with enough space. The toilet paper was so close to the toilet, that using it was a bit challenging and the light in the bathroom was extremely dim. Hampton is located closely to the Samsun SZF airport and perfect for a peaceful and luxurious stay. The team is so polite and cooperative with the guests, regardless of the language gap. Amazing, the receptionist approved to check in earlier as we had a really long drive and we arrived with 2 hours early. We really wanted to sleep as we drove for 12 hours. Also my main motive for booking was the private gated parking. It has a really safe parking lot.

This a delayed review of our stay at Montana Pine, but we had such a fabulous stay that I wanted to post a review! We travelled as a family of three (two adults and a three year old) and stayed in one of the Valley rooms for our 9 night stay. Beautiful hotel with the best location in Eskişehir, the only thing I didn't like is that normally when I go to Hilton Hotels they welcome me in the room with fruits and chocolates and in this one they don't.

Although we booked a deluxe king room, which is normally non-smoking, we were given a smoking room that smelled of smoke. We declined. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to stay in a standard room. The rooms were below Hilton quality.

I'm a diamond customer und often travel with a dog. In this girl I got charged 50$ and didn't even receive a dogmat or a vessel for water and food. And I needed to provide the dog document for check-in. Please Hilton understand that customers don't want extra paperwork that no other hotel asks for.

I like the hotel and the staff, the hospitality is very very good, they look after you, also the entertainment team is amazing, the pools are all good and fun,the vollyball was very fun, the rooms are very clean and organised and the reception is helpful and kind.

Walkable from the airport, good for overnight stay if catching an early morning flight. Breakfast was okay, restaurants food was average and overpriced.

This is the closest hotel to Sabiha Gökçen Airport on the Asian side of Istanbul. The facilities are great, and the breakfast is delicious with a good variety of local specialties. Plus, it's right next to the airport terminal, so you can just walk there.
