Good staff
Excellent breakfast
But the breakfast experience ruined it.
I had to leave at 06:30AM, but the official breakfast time starts at 7AM, so the reception arranged a take away breakfast. It turned out to be a single unappetizing sandwich, one apple, and a bottle of water (photo attached). Meanwhile, the breakfast buffet was already prepared. I politely asked the staff member if I could take just a few items in a paper cup or box.
The breakfast place worker was extremely rude and refused, even though the cups were right next to him.
I would never Expect this kind of breakfast experience and attitude at 4 stars hotel.
The hotel is good, but the staff attitude at breakfast was very disappointing — and the only reason this isn’t a 5-star review.
Guests enjoy direct access to the theme park, shopping mall, and dining areas. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, parking, and meeting rooms. It’s about 6–7 km from Istanbul’s historic center (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque) and 40–45 km from Istanbul Airport.
Perfect for a comfortable, entertainment-filled stay, though less central for sightseeing.
