We visited as a family and had a wonderful time! The rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the kids loved the pool. The hotel is close to the beach and shops, which made everything easy.

No fine details were considered in cleaning, no diet sugar for diabetics, we requested room cleaning but the cleaning was done half-assed, missing items were not completed (soap), we could not connect to the Wi-Fi in the room because the reception did not enter the room number into the system.

The location is close to the highway and shopping mall, the cleanliness is very good, and the breakfast is superb, but they need to change the room freshener they spray in the hotel corridor; it has a very bad smell.

Loved it..what they need is some way to reach the beach a bit more easily. That said , at the beach there is a full range of activities from banana boat to paragliding. The hotel is at the top of a hill and is a real slog to reach after a day of swimming, beach volleyball or other strenuous activity. At the hotel itself the food was excellent. We've stayed in this hotel for 1 week and we had an amazing experience. The room was provided with all necessary supplies, everything was regularly cleaned and the service was satisfying. All-inclusive board is the best option, but I'm giving 4 stars because of the variety of food, since there was a lack of meat served.

This hotel was central and very clean, however I only booked it as it had an outdoor pool, so I could relax as well as see the sights. The roof top pool had no water in it and certainly looked like it had been that way for a long time. This should be highlighted when booking.
