The hotel is in a very good location. The breakfast is fantastic. However, it's clear that the rooms have been the same for years and need renovation.

I was hoping to see a better and bigger room, rooms needs renovation.

Nice hotel in a great central location near eateries, bars and sites. Close to good transport links. Room was a bit hot at night and it was noisy with the window open. Shower wasn’t great. Our room was supposed to be an apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Well, it was, but the view was blocked by a large conifer. The cleaning was good in our apartment. We stayed for a week and found this hotel to be incredibly friendly, excellent service and the cocktails are the best we've ever had. It's immaculately clean and we met so many wonderful guests and staff. I definitely recommend it.

No fine details were considered in cleaning, no diet sugar for diabetics, we requested room cleaning but the cleaning was done half-assed, missing items were not completed (soap), we could not connect to the Wi-Fi in the room because the reception did not enter the room number into the system.

The location is close to the highway and shopping mall, the cleanliness is very good, and the breakfast is superb, but they need to change the room freshener they spray in the hotel corridor; it has a very bad smell.

The choice of transition between Kappa and Istanbul is neither good nor bad. The breakfast is ok, at least it is hot to eat, but the cardboard box in the room is empty.

Loved it..what they need is some way to reach the beach a bit more easily. That said , at the beach there is a full range of activities from banana boat to paragliding. The hotel is at the top of a hill and is a real slog to reach after a day of swimming, beach volleyball or other strenuous activity. At the hotel itself the food was excellent. Some strange timings for activities which sometimes clash...

Very nice hotel, just a few meters away from the sea, with nice private beach. The rooms are big and clean, food was great (a lot of fish, very well done barbeque and sea food dishes), good entertainment programm (I felt in love with the "animation team"- Oma is the best :) ) and very nice personnel that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The whole holiday felt like days spent with friends...

Good place for young kids between 1- 10 yrs.. not big but enough place to wnjoy a whole day with them for parents.

Service and food were better than my expectations. Staffs are very nice and always around to help. Beach and aqua park are 5 star level, really enjoyed my time in the water. My only complain is that there is no walking path around the hotel, if you like walking you gotta take cab to find somewhere to walk. Also, gym equipment needs to be renewed. Everything is great, almost gorgeous. The staff is brilliant! The only downside, if I really have to find fault... The length of the pool... I'm used to 25 meters, but here... 12.5. Now, to swim 1,250 meters a day, I have to swim a whole 100 pools, instead of the usual 50. But overall, I couldn't find a single downside!!!!!!!!

I really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean, and the area is constantly being cleaned and mopped. There's plenty of food: fruits, vegetables, meat, and fish. There's a wide variety of desserts. I had nothing but positive experiences with the hotel, the staff, and the food.

My husband and I really liked this place. Beautiful, cozy, delicious. Very friendly staff, although only a few people in the hotel speak Russian. There are few Russian tourists, mostly Europeans and Turks. I would come back here again!
