Hello everyone. Hotel employees can have any kind of relationship with other employees and date each other, and they won't be fired. Even if they are fired, they'll be called back. Anyone who fights with someone in the hotel will be fired. Would you entrust your family to such management?

This hotel is not for brits they are all German,Russian ect. The food is not for brits , its outdated but lovely views from beach and balcony depending where you are. Tui should never suggest this type of hotel knowing itz all for foreigners. Dissapointed.

Booked holiday package with TUI - found out upon arrival that the hotel was catered solely for German guests despite being no mention of that on the TUI website. Hard to communicate with Staff due to language barrier as they are trained to communicate with German guests- on last night a member of the party came down with sickness and could not stop being sick after eating from the main restaurant

Entertainment poor just very loud music until early hours. If you upgrade to a sea view etc you can hear the music until it stops as the doors do not cut it out so very noisy and expect no sleep until 12-30 Ask for Mountain View as at back of hotel. Hotel has several single sex groups, mainly men who and boisterous what was a wonderful experience for older people is now turning into a rave hotel. If you want this great if not do not go

The staff at this hotel are excellent and very helpful, some struggle with English but do their best nevertheless, a few words of Turkish go a very long way! We were really put off after we read some reviews but are happy we ignored them. It should be noted this hotel is owner operated and not some soulless corporate monolith, consequently the service is excellent as is the hygiene and general chilled out vibe. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and around the pool otherwise €2 a day. Fresh made and filled flatbreads yum! Mainly German clientele but in my experience these guys do not tolerate substandard and if you make conversation they are excellent company.

My case never arrived with crutial medication inside. I spoke to the Tui Rep Berkcan who basically laughed in my face. Told me to sort it myself. Arrogant, rude, antogonistic and totally useless provided no help or compassion in this very stressful situation. Other guests heard how I was treated and agreed his attitude was terrible. I will be putting in a formal complaint and escalating this when home. A very stressful start to a holiday after a very tough year with poor health. If you can't do your job Berkcan then step down you clearly have no customer skills at all. Very upset and dissapointed with this Tui Rep.

We have just returned from a 1 week stay at this hotel, wish we had booked longer ! Hotel is kept very clean, clean towels and linen daily. All the guests were German, think we were the only English group there, but we didn’t find this a problem, some staff spoke quite good English, some only a little, but we found all the staff very helpful and friendly particularly Yusseff the waiter and ‘the very important man’😂 never got his real name ! The spa is well worth a visit I had a couple of massages from Faruk for a painful shoulder and a lovely facial , large facility with a lot on offer.
There is a shuttle service to the beach which runs every 15 mins, large beach lots of sun beds with a very good beach bar serving meals and drinks.
Would definitely book this hotel again !

We have just returned from a great week away at the hotel. Hotel staff are really great and take a lot in pride in what they do and are very hardworking. English was not the language some staff understood but there was always staff who knew English and this was never a problem.
Hotel is very clean the cleaners work really hard and do a great job with the room and general maintenance of the hotel floors.
I enjoyed the food on offer there was plenty of choice and it was really nice. The a la carte was disappointing we went for Italian option but in all honesty we would rather of stayed in the main restaurant.
We watched 2 shows whilst we were there and enjoyed both of them 😊
I’d recommend the hotel the staff are so nice and are really hardworking. Nothing is ever a problem any issues we raised were promptly sorted.
You do have to pay for the WiFi but that wasn’t an issue for us
All in all we both had a great time and we would to pass on our thanks to staff who made it relaxing and enjoyable time

Hotel so clean furnishings great.lobby bar very good staff Levi service excellent. Entertainment area too small. Sunbeds in short supply plus area too put them small compared too number off people at hotel.
Evening reception rude. Little English speaking. Mainly German visitors. Off beaten track. Disability room not fit for purpose. Although towel system in place take a towel, there small. Towels in rooms small too and quality is not good.
English rep tried to right our complaints but they didn't carry them through. Food very repetitive and breakfast was best.
My recommendation, go to another hotel that can speak more English and includes you in entertainment day and evening.
