Location is perfect, beautiful sea views at dinner & while sun bathing. Lovely to have a private beach, and the pier also had nice views over to ladies beach

Location is really nice, bars on the sea front are a short walk away, you can ask for directions at reception as its not obvious if you go for a walk Our room had a sea view which was nice, we were all inclusive and there was a decent range of food on offer from both the main dining area and outside eating areas

Would probably avoid the wednesday market / bazaar as it was draining haggling, there are shops locally if your after shopping they were a bit more laid back although being the end of season there wasn't as much variety as the market

Only about 5/10min walk to ladies beach & 10min drive into Kuşadası costing about €7. I’d love to come back in the summer to see the hotel at its full potential with evening entertainment & warmer weather

We came at the end of season, staff were very freindly and helpful, we had a family room which was clean and adequate for what we wanted

Our second time here, nice area near Ladies Beach, but some areas of the hotel need a major renovation. Staff were mostly good to be fair. If it was listed as a 3 star it would be acceptable

The only reason we chose the hotel was that it had an indoor pool where we could swim during this season. And we made good use of it. Thank you.

Visited in late May 24 in the off season (kids all still at school) and was a little alarmed by some of the reviews but I needn’t have worried

During the day, music around the pool was fine at times but would suddenly be turned up very loud, often leading to complaints

Music and entertainment every night. Has a lovely beach bar and private beach which was beautiful. For the price I paid have no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here

Facilities-wise, the rooms were good, but many of the sun loungers had cracks in them, which really took away from comfort by the pool

The hotel is a little dated but considering what I paid, I was more than happy. Staff worked hard and were really friendly, drinks were AOK and there was plenty of food

We have stayed 3 nights there as a family and very satisfied. The pool was pretty clean, the foods were avarage and staffs were kind. The reason why i did not give 5 stars is so rush and loudly.

The hotel was great and it has private beach and a nice pool. Food was really delicious with lots of choices. Room was clean and big enough with 3 beds. I have 7 years old kids so entertainment was very important for me

A pretty amazing hotel for the price! I loved the decor and the fact they had a spa area in the basement which offered hot stone massages, Turkish baths, a sauna and indoor pool

Staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful, especially the guys who put out the sunbeds exactly where you want them

We appreciate that the hotel compensated us with a free breakfast one morning and coffee the additional days of our stay due to the issues we had. Overall, the staff was pleasant and the hotel was beautiful and clean

Room was very comfortable and the marina view is perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The staff were amazing – extremely polite and helpful

They were so welcoming to our family! Apart from the friendliness the location is walking distance to everything you need for a beach getaway! I will come back anytime I get the chance to return: the Cottage near the pool was the best location we could have had and will book it for our next return

We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, but other guests mentioned it was very good. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, taxi stand, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and coffee shops

Hotel rooms are clean, swimming pool clean. Everything is walking distance, 5 mins walk to beach

The negative side was that there were not enough sunbeds on the beach and there were cats all over the dining area. Sometimes they will go up the stairs and start meowing early in the morning

Hotel is 300m from the beach and that is ok but there isnt enough place for all guest from hotel. Near the pool they have enough place and all the entertairment was there. Food in restaurant is delicious

One of the nicer hotels in terms of price and quality. He cleans the rooms every day, the food is varied and delicious. Kudos to the guys at the pool bar

One of the best things about this hotel is how close it is to the beach. Also, you've got a shopping mall, market, pharmacy, and public transport all just a quick two-minute walk away

He makes you happy every day with his big smile and always makes great cocktails ☺️🍹 Beach is really close, and food is also pretty tasty!

For 20 TL he will take you to the center of Kusadasi and back to the hotel. The beach was clean and water was warm

Very beautiful hotel with a private beach. There should be many people in summer. The dinner in the restaurant is also delicious. The breakfast is very local. The hotel's large balcony is very beautiful, facing the sea.

Very nice hotel nice view beautiful sea and clear. The only bad thing is there is music very loud at late night. Beside this everything is amazing and fantastic. If I have enough time, i want to stay here longer

Recommended dental company in which we got driven there and had free consultation. Our room was upgraded which had its own pool, two rooms and two bathrooms. Live band and very helpful staff

We booked this hotel very last minute, but the experience is great. The room is modern and clean. We had dinner and breakfast here with great sea view and vibe. The food is also delicious.

The pool area is very modern with gorgeous timber beach chairs and a couple of timber canopies. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The variety is wide accomodating all dietary choices

It did have sliding doors to the sea and a clear barrier to stop you from walking out. The room was just outside of the crowds from the cruise ships

This is my 5th stay and I absolutely love this hotel. The sea view rooms offer uninterrupted views of the sea and port. The rooms are well appointed with the mini bar being free as an added bonus

It had a great view of the sea out of the window. I can't call the room fantastic, tied for the best I have ever stayed, since it lacked a balcony

You can see the sunset too from the top and rest by the pool if you have mood. If I want to come back here, I will definitely choose them again

I would highly recommend this hotel. The food, rooms and pool area is excellent. Staff are friendly and the Manager Engin went that extra mile to make us feel welcome and looked after us well

The hotel is close to the beach and within easy reach to Kusadasi centre by bus that stops outside

Also the pool was not filled as it was out of season which was a disappointment so best to book the hotel when in season. Staff were lovely, all smiles and helpful, couldn't do more for you

So stayed here for a full week and the servoce was beyond exceptional. Himmet, Ibrahim, Seymen, Murat proved to be hosts with welcoming personalities and friendly attitude

All of the staff are extremely helpful and humorous. I am looking forward to returning to this hotel and the friendly staff

There are very nice aquatic activities near by the outside of the hotel although we went with a far less expensive and still at the same level experience a bit further away from the hotel

If there is something to criticise about the hotel it'll be the normal working ours for the gym that should be at a 5 ⭐ hotel Open 24/7 with a badge reader thus an all inclusive client can use it whenever he/she want

The Turkish bath experience is fenomenal and I even repeated it at the end of my stay with my husband so that he could have the same experience as me

This gentleman has God given hands and I did the best investment in the recent years in my self when I purchased a big pack of 8 massages

Rooms a bit small but everything was fine. Cleaned every day and fresh towels. Pool area on the roof had lovely views over Kusadasi and was spotlessly clean. Lovely hotel on Ladies Beach and practically on the beach

Decided to stay an extra week on holiday and so I booked into the Asena room only. I had a wonderful sea view and it was lovely to sit out on my balcony, watch the world go by, people on the beach and swimming in the sea

Aging but clean hotel. Breakfast and evening dinner geared towards Europeans. Many Germans here but no fights over sunloungers which are free on the beach

Room, which should be a triple one, was tiny, with old fashioned furniture, no amenities and I confirm that while taking a shower you have to take care not to get water in the toilet (there is no partition)

No place for soaps/shampoo near the shower. The AC was almost out of use, being extremely old, which was a challenge in a hot and humid environment (and during the night the outside area was quite noisy)

Hotel also has nice clean swimming pool overlooking marina and beach and supermarket very close by

Advantages of the hotel: - excellent location: Caravan-sarai, old mosques, market, Pigeon island in walking distance, beach across the road, restaurants, supermarkets all near the hotel; - all the windows overlook the road, but noise is not heard; - very kind personnel; - a cozy atmosphere (you feel yourself like at home); - cleaning every day: bring tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, hair balm...

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in arranging transportation. The breakfast was varied and there was a swimming pool. The room was a bit old and the shower was weak. It would be better if they could improve it

It's a clean, attentive hotel with friendly staff. We booked the room with breakfast, but I recommend the open buffet dinner, which was 500 TL per person. It was very filling and delicious.

When my room door wouldn't open, someone from the front desk came to help right away, and even though it was around 9pm, they called maintenance and quickly fixed it

Our room had no safe and the AC was not working. Reception informed us things could only be fixed at 8am. As promised, the next day the AC was working and a safe with a set of keys were left in our room

Bedroom- the bedroom is very clean. Our room consisted of a double bed and a pull out single sofa bed which was sufficient for 2 adults and 1 child. Out wardrobes had sliding doors with 6 hangers

Pool side menu- everyday between 3-5pm burgers, nuggets, onion rings and chips are served outside

stayed here the 19th of October until the 26th rooms were clean and very nice, cleaners in each day staff were nothing but friendly and very helpful we arrived late at night 11pm so missed dinner so was very hungry asked staff is there a takeaway close by but none around so the lovely young men behind the bar made us up a nice meal and brought us to restaurant literally cant pronounce one young mans...

Arrival- When we arrived on 23. This was disappointing because we needed to message our family in the UK to let them know we had arrived safely. The wifi returned the next afternoon at 1pm

Food- breakfast is omlette for 6 days and pancakes for 1 day cooked on the outdoor gas hob. Items also include bread which can be toasted, salad, boiled eggs and mainly Turkish delicacies

Do not believe anyone is that the hotel is on the edge of the sea. And the sea are normal, water clear. BUT the hotel is not in the surroundings, there is absolutely nothing that we liked

Hotel was really nice- great upgrade from another hotel that was staying at. Good facilities, indoor pool (although the gym was really dated and could do with some attention)

There’s access to the beach from the lower ground floor, and the all inclusive restaurant is located on the 8th floor boasting good food with a great view

2 large floor to ceiling windows gave unobstructed views of the sea. We got views of sunrise and sunset, simply lovely. Breakfast was at the Bean Gastro Pub on the ground floor - simple but adequate

On the 4th floor (top floor) where we were, all rooms faced the sea. I assume that all the other floors were likewise. We got upgraded to a spacious suite - nice

This beachfront hotel was in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay here and would have loved to stay longer—Kusadasi is a beautiful place

We arrived around 2:00 am after a tiring journey from Cappadocia and wanted a quick bite, so the kindest hotel receptionist assisted in ordering food through the app, which they delivered to our room in 30 minutes

I loved the hotel! It is a bit far (20 min walk) from the centre of the town but I didn't it. I was working remotely and could sit by the pool all day and work undisturbed

Good value for money since it is already all inclusive. The location is very accessible. They have a parking area so guests can easily park their cars.

We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Checken-in was fast and easy. Reception staff is very helpful, especially, Mehmet. We booked standard room and he upgraded us to suite room with sea view, we loved it

Kitchen is a bit small, but you have enough choices there. We can enjoy our meal with nice sea view of terras. Sezgin is very helpful and he fixed a tax for us

The cleaner is lovely and very thorough, we had fresh bedding and towels almost everyday. We went and used the spa and had a Turkish bath and a massage which I highly recommend. Food is lovely and large variety

We stayed 3 days in the Hotel Charisma de lux in Kusadasi which has a high reviews, after that we came to the Suhan 360 hotel. In comparing with Charisma, Suhan 360 is better better en better

The food was lovely even out of season there was always something you could find and a good selection. Staff always very attentive with drinks clearing plates etc

The cleaners did a great job always fresh towels water and tea top ups. Indoor pool and spa facilities are great and included in your all inclusive which is very rare, outdoor pool always clean and fresh water

Well what can I say, what a amazing hotel would definitely come back and recommend everything about this says 4 stars, the rooms are great and fresh, fridge kettle and tea making facilities, the staff are great and go above and beyond in every way you are never without a drink and all very friendly, the entertainment team was good and always trying to get guests involved even with the bad weather...

The facilities are good - slides great for kids, spa has great options, however €8 to play 30 minutes of pool is ridiculous majority of places it's €1 for a whole game which it should be here!

The hotel staff were very attentive and could not do enough for the guests. The hotel entertainment was brilliant and the kids were entertained all week couldn’t recommend enough!! ☺️
