Stayed here for about three months, left on September 17th. I’m Elvis—yes, the Elvis you’ve probably seen in other reviews. The only good things? The staff. Mamy and Iso at the bar, Chef Eşref and Melisa in the kitchen, and Ms. Bihter at the front desk—they genuinely care. Everything else? TV from 1997, uncomfortable beds, worn-out sheets and pillows, no kitchen utensils, and yes… you pay for toilet paper. If that’s your vibe, go for it. The hotel seems to think friendly staff can cover up everything else. Spoiler: it can’t. And most of those great staff aren’t there anymore. Shoutout to the amazing people I met. It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star Soon arriving we thought “great” it looked ok “spacious size” until further inspection it was filthy, fridge, fridge door handles,cupboards hanging off, my partner went to reception to complain as that wasn’t the description of the room we paid for so the manger came in to take photos of the disgusting room to which we were then moved upstairs. We were moved into another apartment upstairs and was also filthy, mattresses had crumbs, no mattress protectors, sheets don’t even fit the bed, hairs on pillows, fridge had Mold in it, mirrors were manky, a toliet still had skid marks and other guests fescues around and in the toliet, we complained to the manager again and reception guy came and said he’d clean it, thought he’d come up with BLEACH and a cloth he came with a cloth but not cleaning products, then used the same cloth to clean the toilets and left the dirty cloth with us, we complained again and was promised a deep clean, there was no deep clean done at all, housekeeping came in to change the bins, we complained again only to the so called manager to walk away from us. On another note don’t offer the kids slide if you have it turned off when the kids are having fun on it, the hygiene, staff, it’s overall a disgusting place, floors you name it were minging, see if you had clean beds,bathrooms and floors, fridges then you wouldn’t get this bad a complaint, the place is atrocious, health and safety should shut this place down!!

STAY AWAY Fighting Smash glasses around pool Room not cleaned once in two weeks clean towels once but had to ask. Moved rooms . Extra drinks put on bill. Hassled to get tattoos and haircut. Air-conditioned rubbish and they is absolutely nothing to use for self catering one hob ring and a kettle no cups or glasses.

Absolutely minging. No cleaning standard or staff by looks of it, big jobby LEFT in toilet, dirty cups and bedding, MOLDY **** FRIDGE, run down all round. Dont stay here unless you want to catch rabies/other diseases.

The only good thing about this holiday was the staff they did go above and beyond but the maxwells itself should really be closed down wires hanging out of wall hairdryer and kettle didn’t work and never got replaced curtains didn’t fit the bedding and towels never got changed all week even after being asked bins in rooms never emptied there was a brown handprint on wall in bedroom after investigation it was proved to be poo, cockroach in one of beds, never any loo paper in toilets by the pool and in your rooms you had to buy it ,it was so disappointing

Very budget Hotel. Stayed 7xnights self catering, not cleaned once while stayed, also bins only taken once. Nothing inside room to clean while staying. No coffee cups in room. One glass and one beaker. Three plates, few bits cutlery. One large saucepan and one tiny saucepan. No frying pan, one hob cooker. No microwave. Fridge door broken. Did not close. Tv in room broken. Sofa bed stained. Curtains held together by drawing pin. Toilet brush so old and contaminated. Air conditioning £100 a week. Wi-fi £1 a day per person. Drinks expensive at bar. Breakfast with coffee is around £7.50, very basic, however food is cooked well. Bar staff very hospitality and deserve 5 star for being so accommodating. Sun loungers are worn and tatty and umbrellas are mostly broken. The hotel needs attention and not worth 4 star rating. It’s not somewhere to go if you would like some peace and quiet by the pool at any point, its extremely noisy with loud music played throughout the day and evening. One toilet under bar area, not kept very clean. Pool looked clean, however did not whiteness being cleaned by staff. Beach is around a 25 minute walk away. Shops around 5-10 minutes. Lots of bars and restaurants close by, walk and check all bars and compare prices as you are looking around £15-£20 for a meal per head. Be careful in shops and double check prices before paying as you will be ripped off in some places.

Our room was a great location within the hotel, however there was many things that do not make this “4*” not a chance, here goes, we only stayed 4 days and paid £80 for air con and WiFi, cups etc was filthy, bed clearly not changed, pool very cold, wires exposed, dirty windows and mirrors, oh and we got half a toilet roll and anymore you had to pay for, one towel between us crusty at that, in our stay no one changed anything in our room, although one day a cleaner just walked in without knocking and tapped on my wife’s shoulder,(scared her to death) then asked if we wanted the bin emptied, we asked for extra pillows 4 times but nothing happened.
