We needed two rooms- one for our parents and one for ourselves with young baby and we both really enjoyed our experiences. The rooms were very clean and the staff were all so kind and helped with anything we needed

Excellent Hotel to stay in Trabzon Great hotel to stay in. Location is ideal for walking around town with shops nearby. Staff of the Hotel were polite and helpful. The room was clean and pretty spacious

The breakfast have enough variety, the location is really good ( 1 minute walk from Trabzon Meydan), the staff are good ( they try their best to make us comfortable ), the cleanliness i give it 10/10

But the AC is cold which is something good, and the TV is smart where you can enjoy using your YouTube and Netflix, but you jeed too change system language as I did

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. Although it's not a 5 star hotel, but every thing is excellent

Also they helped us keeping our baggages in the hotel as we traveled after the check-out by 4 hours

It is in the middle of the city. It is close to most tourist places in the city center. Employees are also nice and friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Trabzon again

Surprisingly good hotel for it's price

Prices are not cheap, but maybe that’s due to the high season

maybe the disadvantages are 1-no elevator which is something you can live without it, 2-the wi-fi is very slow and faraway of our room

The hotel is very old, and my room had a strong smell of humidity and moisture. No elevator, and the cleaning could be more careful

Clean suites and good restaurant. They are following good precautionary procedures. It has a good location although a noisy because of the main street.

Its a beautiful view and great staff but the shower in my room is clogged the water was not getting away; it was in the 3rd floor and under the bed was very dusty and dirty.
