We stayed in a Superior King room with a stunning sea view, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The food was exceptional, whether dining at the restaurant or enjoying in-room service

We had a wonderful stay at Park Dedeman Trabzon and were genuinely satisfied in every aspect. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first moment

I recently stayed at the Hotel, and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, with stunning views of the Black Sea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine

Although we booked a room with Sea view, through traveling app called “Expedia” it was supposed the have 301 sqft room and sofa with table, they provided us much smaller room and nothing big as shown in the photos, we complained they did changed the room for us same as described in the photos when earlier I booked but without sea view

The ac was not abel to cool down sinse the hotel has fixed ac modes depending on the season. Advice was to open the window

I got the single room. It was very clean with modern interior and it has a good view of city and sea. Thanks to Mr Ahmet for being nice and respectful.

Rate at high season is reasonable. Large rooms. Path rooms are clean. Above all, the weather at July is very nice. Today is 8 July, the temperature at noon is 22 deg.

The room is clean, large and very spacious. There is a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea are available. The bedding is very confortable, just perfect. There is a free private parking

The hotel is cool. The rooms are fresh, there is a private parking. The location is not in the center, but you can use the minibuses - it's cheap. We liked everything

The view over Akçaabat is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset, you can just sit outside and enjoy the calm atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and everything felt very peaceful

Staff was very friendly and helpful, sea and city view really nice from terrace. We face some problem like, tv was not working, they did not provided kettle but we ignored. Price is bit higher than 4 or 5 star hotels.

The hotel is at the end of a narrow street. The best part is the breakfast room on the top floor with a sea view. The breakfast selection was limited but inadequate. It's a mid-range hotel with good accommodations

Beautiful and clean hotel with a view over the old town of Trbazon. Delicious all you can eat style Turkish breakfast and close to the local minibus terminal, for taking trips to Sumela or Uzungol.

There is a mosque nearby, it will wake you up in the morning. The location is ideal, the very center, everything is nearby

The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping things comfortable even in the warmer weather, and there was a working mini fridge along with a kettle and instant coffee and tea bags that were always replenished when I returned

Great hotel in an isolated location up the hill, if you’re looking for a peaceful place. The reception staff are very helpful especially Mohammed. The hotel is around 10 minutes away from the downtown by Taxi

Definitely beautiful view, nice staff. Only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast, choices are few, not all vegetables are fresh, if you want machine coffee you pay extra

KOKSAL in the crew is highly polite and cheerful. they have a very cute puppy 😍 My only comment is the need of a shuttle as the hotel is at a hill 😅

The hotel is close to the old town of Trabzon and various tour group booking offices. The hotel includes a rich breakfast. In addition, the room is clean and tidy, and drinking water is provided every day

Although there was not much variety at breakfast, the food was tasty and fresh. I think those looking for a 3-star hotel can choose it without thinking at this price

But contrary to my expectations, the room cleanliness was at a good level, toiletries were put in the room every day, the room was cleaned every day

But the reception allowed me to go to the room and leave my stuffs and then go to the ATM. They also told me that they upgraded my room to a double bed room free of charge, which was really kind

The room wasn't really big, but it is ideal, even for two persons. I noticed that they clean the room everyday, as I was receiving new bottles of water and cay, which is really nice touch

We come from Jordan & had a pleasant stay. The hotel was surprisingly clean and tidy being a 3-star bed and breakfast. Located in yomra 5 minutes off the yomra beach and only 2 minutes off the many markets

We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

not sure if hotel serves alcohol however i doubt. 1 restaurant, no pool, though *********** lies. but beach is nearby, you go behind the property to cross the bridge, and walk up around 10min to reach the public beach

It's centrally located, 5 minutes from the main square, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies all nearby. They helped us book tours, and the staff was polite, friendly, and helpful

The hotel location is amazing. Very close to mydan.. The hotel is overpriced during the season, and the breakfast needs major improvement. The hotel rooms are becoming old and need to pay more attention to clearness.

A small but clean and nice hotel in a street or area called Kalkınma in the center of Trabzon. It is very close to the Karadeniz Technical University and there are many cafes and restaurants around it

Actually the room was good, reception guy was perfect, but the house keeping service was really bad, you can say it's a furnished apartments but not a hotel because they clean almost every 3 days.
