You get what you pay for, not bad if you spend your time mostly outdoors and need to spend a night. It is very close to the bus terminal if you travel via bus. There are lots of restaurants near by

Staff was friendly, you have option to get a room with AC or without. Staff let us leave our luggage while we were traveling to Sumela monastery

price is acceptable but location no there is a lot of noise in the morning and WiFi signal is poor inside your room

The hotel is beautiful, the location is great and the view of the sea is amazing. The staff was excellent, polite and respectful. hopefully I will repeat my visit to the hotel in the near future. Thank you🙂

The hotel is an excellent accomodation for a family. Rooms are will structured with great layout. Reception is also great and welcoming especially Ms. Zahra who was always helpful and cheery. THANKS.

Ive been stay in this hotel.. hotel in central of the city, easy to buy meals, so many store near this hotel.. but the hotel didnt have lift.. so difficult to bring our baggage..

It is really close to the bus station. Really kind staff. We changed the dates, arriving one day before that we have booked and they changed that inmediately without any problem, just when we arrived.

I arrived really early and the receptionist gave me a room anyway because I was so tired. Thank you :) its within 1 minute of the bus station, and A101 grocery is a stones throw away

Very good beds, good location near otogar and shops nearby. It is obviously far from the meydan but you can take the dolmus or taxi. The room is not very clean, the walls are stained. Service could be better as well

Booked apartment, the rooms were okay but no light in one of the rooms, No Tissue or toilet paper. I like that the toilet have washing hose which we never see it in Turkey 😭😂. The staff were kind and supportive

Hotel is located at by the devlet yolu (highway) so the rooms those face it has traffic noise (I had to change my room) poor sound isolation in the rooms and walls. Very small pool and fitness room

While using it I had an idea that they're made for naming it. Rooms are very good and clean. Breakfast nice with cheese assortments etc. Restaurant has a small balkony with a nice seaview at the roof

only thing is the washroom became small when they added washing machine in it. and receptionists might give a small smile to customers-guests as warm welcome. I would return to this hotel when I am back in Trabzon

The only downside was the view of my room, it was facing another building but I didn’t spend a lot of time inside so I didn’t mind much

booked the room in advance with reasonable price. and my check in was smooth, parking lot was free of charge and parked my car

the room was spacious, clean, with living room, kitchenette with dishwasher a washroom with washing machine in it. It is at good location which is opposite of black sea but again you need a vehicle to go to citycenter

This property is nice enough in itself, with good a/c, but the location is not what I was expecting. It's not super far from the airport, but it's also not close to the Black Sea beaches, which I thought it would be

But the highlight for me was the restaurant and they served the best kahvaltı I’ve had outside of Turkey! Fresh, authentic, and full of flavor, it was a wonderful way to share a piece of my culture with my family

Right on Maidan, close to all the shops, dolmushes, taxis, restaurants, it’s not far to walk to the old town and the embankment.

You usually get two rooms in a little apartment style with all the silverware, glasses, plates and pots, every piece of utensils as clean as your own house

I'd like to warn future guests that the hotel is located on a hill and the climb up is quite steep (both on foot and by car), but the view from the window is of the sea and the airport (planes fly right past the hotel, but it doesn't interfere with your relaxation)

Excellent, friendly service with large, clean and comfortable room and bed. Really convenient and walkable for airport but a minibus ride from the centre of Trabzon

The bathroom and fixtures were in excellent condition. There was air conditioning with a heating mode, which was especially convenient. The room also had a tea set, coffee, and water

What an amazing manager ,he giva us a room at 7 am and invit us for breakfast , a lot of advices who to visit Trabazon , location was great , the Dolomsh ( minivan for transportation just 2 mints walk ) to airport or Mydany , just few steps to Forum Mall , supermarket just down and resturants 2 blocks

Breakfast was nice in a restaurant with the view of Black sea. Free parking was provided for our car and the receptionist was kind enough to park the car for us. Would love to stay at Azta Otel if I revisit Trabzon again

The guy on the reception despite limited English explained about hotel rules. The room was spacious with a view of the city. Good lighting, a minibar, washroom equipped with toiletries even the heating rods

The room is clean, large and very spacious. There is a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea are available. The bedding is very confortable, just perfect. There is a free private parking
