Volare Stone Hotel in Goereme

I'm not a shill, just a real experience from someone who isn't a rich traveler. Everyone's experience is different, so take this as a reference:

Pros:
1. Located in the center of Göreme town, not far from the bus station and dining options.
2. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the service auntie was very enthusiastic.
3. Bedding was very clean.
4. WiFi was fast.

Areas for improvement:
1. Avoid rooms facing the road; they are incredibly noisy. Keeping the windows closed makes it stuffy, and opening them is too loud, especially in the afternoon when the sun makes the room very hot. You can't open the windows because of the unbearable noise.
2. The hotel's customer service was slow to reply to emails. We sent two emails before our arrival, one asking if we could check in early, and received no response! We then sent another email asking if we could store our luggage at the front desk before going on a day tour, and still got no reply. In the end, we had to carry our luggage on the day tour.
3. The side views from the rooftop terrace are blocked, making it very inconvenient to watch the hot air balloons. I suggest removing the side panels.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was within walking distance, the breakfasts were delicious, and our room was clean, warm, and cozy. The room cleaning service was excellent. We also loved the great views of the hot air balloons from the terrace.

Nice and clean hotel. They can help with organizing transfers to airports (both of them), book a balloon flight and other trips (horse riding, green/red trips). The price is higher than in other places, but it is convenient if you don't want to organize trip yourself and save time. The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The stream was very strong and painful. They probably need to replace the shower heads.

This hotel is centrally located in Göreme town, on flat ground, making it convenient to get everywhere. The breakfast buffet is great, and the terrace offers nice views. The rooms are quite clean, and the bathrooms are large and comfortable.

One of the best accomodations in Goreme, in terms of quality and price. Downtown location, near the bus terminal, close supermarkets, restaurants and tour agents, quite street, artistic design, scenic views, stylish furniture, spacious room, comfy bed and armchairs, enjoyable shower, all needed amenities, really generous breakfast with delicious variety of Turkish cousine, early check-in, when available, very friendly personnel...

Breakfast was tasty and the location in central Gerome was unbeatable as well. The staff helped us arrange an ATV ride and kept us updated on balloon prices,although we eventually did not do the balloon ride. Would stay again

Very close to the bus station, supermarket, restaurants and cafés. The staffs are nice. The breakfast is quite good(not extremely amazing but 4/5, wish there could be Kaymak!). Hotel itself is more like a pension, but the room design and condition was definitely hotel vibe. Recommend this place. On rooftop you can see the air ballon view.
