Amazing choice to experience cave hotels. People at the reception are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious and portions are very big! The room was stunning with huge bathroom.

This was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip. It feels like a small resort — very comfortable with lots of outdoor space. The restaurant is excellent, offering a variety of drinks and snacks, and everything is on a tab system so you can just settle at check-out.

There’s even a small zoo in the middle of the property, which makes it perfect for families. The location is also great — only about a 10-minute walk to the city center.

Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay with Family and I would highly recommend this place to everyone single or with family.

The place nearby to all Viewpoints and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Breakfast was very good as well but they removed a food item once they realised that we were eating it a lot ????

The reception and service is very friendly and they change things for you if needed.

We stayed at holiday cave hotel for two nights during December 2024 and we loved it. The rooms are cozy, the hotel has a convenient location, delicious breakfast with a lot of vegetarian options, very friendly staff. We did all our planning for Cappadocia with the help of the receptionist Ms. Helen who was extremely friendly and helped us out with the booking for the balloon ride. The only problem we faced with this hotel was the smell of mold in our room and unfortunately nothing much was done about it during our stay there. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cappadocia.

Really love this hotel. We booked for 2 nights and we love it. Their hotel is majestic, very unique and wonderful. They also provide hot balloon service and other activities, you can watch sunrise with balloon just at the hotel. Really recommend and for sure will come again. And their breakfast is superb.

The receptionist is very good and helpful. we checked in at night..he guided us abt location, food and hotair balloon timings..room was good but not clean enough there is dust on bed which make me allergic slept with difficulty at night in the morning inform front desk to clean or shift us somewhere else they cleaned it..when we returned they came to chk it with us..slept well comparatively. Brkfst seems good and there are plenty of options.overall, it's a good place to stay for full cave experience..

This hotel was definitely wonderland. Inside and outside, truly stunning with the gorgeous Cappadocia back drop to compliment the beautifully designed hotel grounds with green area and pool. I arrived long before check in time to do a tour at 4am which got canceled. Ali, one of the best hotel staff I've ever met, made sure I got comfortable as quickly as possible into my Queen Suite which was breathtaking! A room inside a cave? Omg, it was amazing, huge, with a bathroom truly fit for a queen with shower jacuzzi, and get this, it's own sauna! The hotel also provided a tasty breakfast and assistance with organizing tours (at reasonable additional costs). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave! Best hotel in Cappadocia!

I stayed one night great hotel with great staff. Very kind and helpful. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful view of the hot air balloons early morning.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
