This hotel was the best I stayed at in Turkiye. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, lots of hot water. Also, the breakfasts are delicious and huge with lots of variety. But best of all was the service! My son and I were sick when we arrived and the manager was so sweet to help do what he could for us. He went above and beyond by checking on us, offering us a doctor, etc.. This cave hotel is perfectly situated in central Goreme, offering fantastic views and an excellent location. The breakfast was superb, and the overall hotel environment was very pleasant. October in Cappadocia is quite chilly. I enjoyed watching the balloons fly over the rooftop, and it seemed to be the only hotel in the area that offered a bonfire to warm me up. The staff made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

I appreciated the spacious bathrooms, the plentiful toiletries, and the very courteous behavior of the staff. If not limited by local policy, an AC would have made the stay more comfortable, and a device to control flies would be helpful. It would also be safer if the stairs to the roof were better protected, especially for children. Overall, my stay was quite satisfactory.

The cave rooms were wonderful, and we were pleasantly surprised on the second day by a heavy snowfall that lasted from morning to afternoon. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the cats, especially Fluffy, who became quite dear to us. While the breakfast was complimentary and fixed, the coffee machine was unfortunately malfunctioning...

We enjoyed our stay, the young man at the front desk provided great service. We had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning. The breakfast was good and filling. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay here. One of the few hotels that has rooms that accommodate four people, which was great with kids. The family room is also right off the pool, which is super convenient. The views are amazing - no need to travel to get a great view of the balloons. Rooms are designed super well. Breakfast was amaazing, but I agree with others that it starts too late.

Amazing breathtaking views and amazing cave rooms. Really nicely placed most stuff is a short walk away. Nice leisure activities nearby. Wonderful hotel service is top notch. Personal is very attentive to details. Enjoyed every moment spent in this place. You can do fun activities nearby. It's a must for adventurous people.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Göreme. We stayed in 'Local suite' which was beautiful and spacious. There's a big pool and several terraces with nice view. You can see the hot airballoons flying from the terraces. Every guest get amazing breakfast with coffee and tea. Staff is kind and helpful, they can assist with airballoon tours and airport transfer.

Excellent service from staff. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Perfect location to visit the city. Our room was quiet. The installations are nice, beautiful views. I didn’t like that there was no daily cleaning. Also, it is missing a mini fridge in the room. The bed was not comfortable for me.

The hospitality of the owner Metin was so impressive. The place was nice, clean and tidy and very accessible. Very accommodating to all guests, answer your question and inquiries and help out with the most possible options. His recommendations to most tours in the area are superb. I highly recommend.

The service was terrible, absolutely appalling! They threw away my medicine and when I asked them to retrieve it, they lied and said they threw it in the outside trash can.
